Clinical Study Of Auricular Acupressure On Third Stage Prevention Of Postpartum Urinary Retention

ObjectiveStudy on the following clinical research design and methods,using randomized controlled clinical trial,this study through randomized controlled trials,in the third stage of labor application of TCM holistic concept by auricular acupressure,observed 2 hours after urination,the first and the two or three labor time,neonatal birth weight,2-4 hours after urination,postpartum hemorrhage,2 hours 24 hours after urination is smooth,ultrasound 6h and 24h residual urine volume,on the third stage of labor with auricular acupressure can better reduce the incidence of postpartum urinary retention.According to the third stage of labor,through the use of auricular acupressure to prevent postpartum disease,reduce puerperal infection and postpartum hemorrhage,provide a basis to improve the level of maternal postpartum rehabilitation.MethodsThe research and application of randomized controlled clinical trials met the inclusion criteria of the study in 120 cases,were randomly divided intocontrol group(no intervention group)and treatment group one(pressing ear-points Kidney,bladder,triple burner)and treatment group two(pressing ear-points kidney,bladder,triple burnerand spleen heart lung)observing the first and two or three stage of labor time,neonatal birth weight,The amount of urination of 2-4 hours after delivery,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of 2 hours,the smooth delivery of after delivery,B ultrasound examination urine volume results of 6h and the residual urine volume after 24h.The establishment of database,statistical analysis of the data,to determine the effect of third stage auricular acupressure for prevention of postpartum urinary retention,and were compared between the three groups.Result1,three cases of time of the first stage labor,time of the second stage of labor and neonatal weight compared with each other,no statistical significance(P>0.05)2,the treatment of the two groups were compared with the control group,the time of the third labor,postpartum bleeding volume of hours was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05);3,the treatment of the two groups were compared with the control group,the amount of 2-4 hours after delivery,the residual urine volume and residual urine volume of 24h were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionAuricular acupressure has important effects on the prevention of postpartum urinary retention,postpartum hemorrhage,and to promote the role of the third stage of labor;selection of acupoints can improve the prevention effect of syndrome differentiation.
