Metabolomics In Psoriatic Serum Under Auricular Acupressure Plus Topical Daivobet Treatment

ObjectivesThis subject relies on,"a single-blind randomized controlled study: auricular acupressure combined with topical medicine treatment of psoriasis vulgaris". Aims to observe Auricular acupressure plus topical Daivobet treatment before and after metabolites in serum, In healthy human control, changes in blood metabolites before and after treatment, to find related metabolic markers. Discussion auricular acupressure treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of the material basis and mechanism of the metabolomics levels, to provide a scientific basis for auricular treatment of psoriasis.Methods66patients with psoriasis from Feb2013to Feb2014in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM and Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital dermatology clinic and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, Be respectively auricular acupressure plus topical Daivobet treatment and topical Daivobet4weeks of treatment, Patients before and after treatment were PASI score and collect fasting blood5ml. Using UPLC-MS, explore the changes in blood metabolites before and after treatment, to find related metabolic markers.ResultsThe study divides into two groups, Observer Group33and Control group33, After four weeks of treatment, PASI improvement rate in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Using UPLC-MS technique can distinguish between metabolic state of psoriasis patients and healthy groups, but also to distinguish between the front and rear of the metabolic state of the observation group and control group. Observation group than in the control group, the metabolic state of health groups to offset the more obvious, and found some auricular treatment of psoriasis-specific markers, such as D-Glucuronic acid1-phosphate, linoleic acid,12-Hydroxy-Oleic acid,17-Hydroxyprogesterone, From metabolomics levels, It indicate that auricular acupressure play a therapeutic role in psoriasis by the relevant metabolic pathways, through the effects of various metabolites.ConclusionThe use of metabolomics methods can distinguish metabolic state of psoriasis patients and healthy groups. On the basis of Daivobet treatment, combined with auricular therapy, significant changes in metabolism in the blood of patients with psoriasis occurs, provided the material basis and metabolomics research evidence for auricular therapy of psoriasis.
