Study On Quality Of Life Of Xiao Chaihu Decoction On Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Shaoyang Syndrome

ObjectiveThe incidence of diabetes increased year by year in the global scope,the number of patients is high,it is a hot research issue in the field of medical research.All along,the advantages of modern medicine in the management of blood glucose diabetes can not be denied,but the clinical findings in most patients,even if the blood glucose level,there are also some independent long-term symptoms,affect the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus.My tutor has long been committed to the study of Chinese medicine for diabetes mellitus,and has rich clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications,improving life quality of patients with T2DM,by using Chinese medicine.The study is to develop the advantage of TCM in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications.With the modern medicine to control blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure,to use classical Prescription,Xiao chaihu decoction on type 2 diabetes diabetes patients with Shaoyang syndrome,evaluate the curative effect on life quality and TCM syndromes.MethodsThe object of this study is Shaoyang syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus Patients.With rospective,randomized,double-blind controlled trial,to divid 111 patients into treatment group(conventional treatment +Xiaochaihu decoction Plus and minus),the control group(conventional treatment + Placebo).The observation period was 6 months.The clinical symptoms,quality of life and blood glucose of the two groups were observed and analyzed statistically.ResultsXiaochaihu Decoction plus and minus for the treatment of patients with DSQL score,TCM syndrome score improved significantly better than the basic treatment.Moreover,with the prolongation of intervention time,the more obvious the curative effect.Base on the curative effect evaluation standard,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.73%,the control group was less than the treatment group,the effective rate was 25.92%.Xiaochaihu Decoction plus and minus on the treatment of patients with FPG,2hPG comes slowly,differences come to significant at the time of treatment for 6 months.Xiaochaihu Decoction plus and minus can improve the HbAlc,compared with the single basic treatment has more advantages.ConclusionXiaochaihu Decoction of Shaoyang type diabetes(type 2 diabetes)have therapeutic effects and improve the life quality of patients,the long treatment time,the obvious effect.Xiaochaihu Decoction in improving the Shaoyang type of diabetes(type 2 diabetes)patients' TCM symptoms score have curative effect,the efficiency is higher than that of control group.This study confirmed that there was a certain contribution to the management of blood glucose,but the effect was slow.
