The Study Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Combined Acupuncture And Scraping Therapy For Cervical Spondylosis

ObjectiveThis topic through the use of research methods of small sample randomized,with routine acupuncture as control group,to observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and scraping therapy of cervical disease,in order to broaden the scope of application of acupuncture combined with scraping treatment of cervical disease,to provide scientific information and ideas of rigorous reference for clinical acupuncture combined with scraping treatment of cervical spondylopathy.MethodsThe research period from January 2016 to December 2016,selected from Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital gynecology outpatient ward treatment,patients receiving treatment in the premise of signing"informed consent" under strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected 66 cases of patients,using the method of randomized controlled trials,qualified subjects were numbered 1 to 66.Generate 66 random numbers by random number method,using simple random method,divided into the test group with the ratio of 1:1(combined acupuncture and scraping group)and control group(acupuncture group),33 cases in each group,all patients were prescribed treatment,acupuncture every other day for 1 times,a total of 15 times of treatment.The two time interval before the scraping scraping Sha mark is returned as basis,and then treat the fever back as much as second times,the general treatment once every 4 days,the total number is calculated according to the course of acupuncture treatment.If the process has reached the standard can be cured naturally stop treating patients,did not reach the standard cure to continue treatment,the total after the end of treatment according to the indicators and clinical efficacy of treatment after and before treatment score,the final score,using the statistical analysis spss23.0.ResultThis topic according to the inclusion criteria for the screen in 66 patients of cervical spondylosis,treatment group(acupuncture combined with scraping group)33 cases,2 cases of loss(Midway interrupt treatment),control group(acupuncture group)33 cases,3 cases of loss(2 cases due to poor compliance interruption of treatment,1 cases for treatment in the use of painkillers to quit,so the actual total)were observed in 61 cases.1 before treatment,two cases of age,gender,NPQ score,McGill pain questionnaire score data were statistically analyzed,no significant difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.2 after the completion of the treatment,we analyzed the observed indicators(1)patients in the treatment group completed sixth acupuncture treatment(third scraping therapy and after treatment),NPQ score and McGill score were significantly decreased(P<0.05);but after treatment with sixth acupuncture treatment(third scraping therapy)was not statistically significant compared with the scores of NPQ and McGill score difference.(P>0.05)(2)patients in the control group completed sixth acupuncture treatment(third scraping therapy and after treatment,NPQ score)and McGill score were significantly lower than before treatment,and were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment with the completion of the sixth acupuncture treatment compared with NPQ score and McGill score were significantly drop.(P<0.05)(3)patients completed sixth acupuncture treatment(third times,two scraping therapy)group NPQ score and McGill score were significantly lower than before treatment,and were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment group compared with control group,the treatment group NPQ score and McGill score were lower than control group obviously decreased,with statistical significance.(P<0.05)(4)patients in the two groups after treatment,NPQ score and McGill score were significantly lower than before treatment,and have statistical significance;and the treatment group compared with control group,treatment group and control group,no significant difference between the two groups of NPQ score and McGill score(P>0.05).(5)no adverse events in this study.Conclusion1 acupuncture combined with scraping treatment of cervical spondylosis of the safe and effective way of treating.2 combined acupuncture and scraping and the control group in the curative effect after long-term treatment there was no significant difference between acupuncture combined with scraping effect faster than that of the control group,can achieve more optimal in the early treatment effect.3 acupuncture combined with scraping therapy without obvious adverse reactions were observed,that acupuncture combined with scraping therapy of cervical spondylosis is relatively safe and effective,is worthy of clinical workers more research and promotion of comprehensive treatment method.
