| Rapid development of science and technology,the pace of life is accelerating,and various high-tech electronic products have become the main way for moderm people to work and play.The widespread use of electronic products has prompted the downturn to become the norm of modern people,and the number of "low-headed" people is increasing.Maintaining bowing movement for a long time,the neck muscles are in a state of contraction tension for a long time,which affects the local microcirculation,and finally promotes cervical spondylosis.It can be seen that the change of modern people's living habits is the main reason for the increasing incidence of cervical spondylosis.Cervical spondylosis is an early stage of cervical spondylosis.The main symptoms are pain and activity limitation.There is no or accompanied by slight cervical curvature.The cervical lesions of cervical spondylosis are not obvious.The accumulation of metabolites caused by compression stimulates the discomfort and pain caused by nerve endings,which seriously affects the daily life of patients.In order to improve the current situation of the cervical vertebra patient population's sharp increase in medical needs,it is in need to find a safe,effective,easy to operate and easy to promote treatment.PurposeIn this study,electric bian stone was used as a treatment method,and the cervical spondylosis of the cervical spine disease,which is a high incidence of modern clinical disease,was used as a therapeutic research object.Based on the current research progress of bian stone therapy for cervical spondylosis and other clinical applications of bian stone therapy,the development of bian stone therapy and the promotion of bian stone therapy-electric bian stone.By comparing the clinical efficacy of scraping therapy and electric bian stone in improving the symptoms of cervical spondylotic pain,objective clinical trial data were used to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of electric bian stone,thus providing new ideas for the development of bian stone therapy.MethodCases were collected from September 20,2018 to December 2018 in the outpatient department of the National Medical University of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 62 patients with cervical spondylosis were diagnosed and enrolled.After enrolling,the patients were enrolled in the trial group and the control group according to the group table generated by the random number table in advance.Each group was included in 31 subjects.After the informed consent was signed,the cervical spine function-related score was received and the first treatment was started.The experimental group(electric bian stone group)was treated with electric bian stone for 1 week,and the control group(scrapping group)was given scrapping for 1 week.The curative effect was evaluated by observing the score changes before and after the treatment cycles of visual pain simulation score(VAS),simple McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and cervical dysfunction index questionnaire(NDI).The VAS and SF-MPQ score tables are pain evaluation indicators.In order to understand the immediate analgesic effect of bian stone therapy and the trend of pain during treatment,the VAS and SF-MPQ forms were recorded for pain evaluation before and after each treatment.The treatment sites of the experimental group were:Fengchi acupoint to sacral well point of the gallbladder,Fengfu point to the body column of the Du Meridian,Tianzhu acupoint to the lung acupoint of the bladder,and local acupoint treatment with Ashi points.Using the boring tip as a treatment tool,the operator holds the boring drill and keeps the bian stone parallel to the skin(Fig.2).It moves from the Fenchi point to the Janjing point once,and continues to operate 20-30 times.After moving from Tianzhu point to Feishu point,the operation is continued for 20-30 times,and the Du Meridian is moved from Fengfu point to body column once for 10 times.The operator can give moderate vertical according to the patient's muscle richness.The pressure on the skin.During the treatment,the rotation speed of the bian stone drill is maintained at 1800 rpm,and the treatment is performed once a day for 15 minutes each time,7 times for one course of treatment.To reduce bias,the control group used a treatment site that was identical to the test group.The operator applies an appropriate amount of scraping oil at the operation site,and holds the scraping plate in the right hand,and starts the wiping operation at 45 degrees with the skin,and cooperates with the local point of the Ashi point to wipe,and wipes each part 15-20 times or so.It is a point,treatment once a day,each treatment time is about 15 minutes,7 times for a course of treatment.Evaluating indicatorThe evaluation mainly used effective,simple and direct scoring forms for efficacy evaluation,including:visual pain simulation score(VAS),simple McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),cervical dysfunction index questionnaire(NDI).NDI,VAS,and SF-MPQ were recorded before and after treatment for one course of treatment.VAS and SF-MPQ changed the pain score immediately before and after each operation,and then comprehensively diagnosed the therapeutic effect of cervical syndrome with cervical spondylosis.Evaluation with the NDI index reduction rate.ResultsBasic situation between groups:There is no difference between gender,disease duration and age group,and the basic materials are unified and comparable.By VAS,SF-MPQ,NDI pre-treatment scores,post-treatment cycle scores;and VAS,SF-MPQ scores before and after each treatment for statistical analysis,the results show:1)There was no difference between the data groups before the treatment of VAS,SF-MPQ and NDI scores(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of disease between the test group and the control group,which was comparable.2)NDI score:There was significant difference in the scores before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.01).The scores of the control group before and after treatment were also significantly different(p<0.01).The effective rates of the two groups were 93.1%in the experimental group and 92.8%in the control group.The sum of the cure rate and the marked efficiency of the two groups was 82.8%in the experimental group and 71.4%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the groups(P>0.05).3)VAS score:There was a significant difference in VAS scores before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in VAS scores before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.01).The experimental group:the effective rate was 82.76%and the effective rate was 100%.The control group:the effective rate was 75%and the effective rate was 92.86%.There was no significant difference in the analgesic effect between the groups(P>0.05).4)SF-MPQ score:There was a significant difference in the scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).During the test,5 cases were detached,2cases in the test group and 3cases in the control group.The above 5 sample data were all excluded and not included in the test statistics.ConclusionElectric bian stone refers to a meteorite therapy based on the new bian stone therapy theory using a new bian stone tool,electric bian stone drill.This experiment verifies the therapeutic effect of electric bian stone by comparing the curative effect with scraping therapy,and proves that the hypothesis of electric bian stone is valid,which provides a new idea for the innovation of meteorite.According to the statistical data of the test data,both the scraping therapy and the electric bian stone can effectively improve the pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis.The clinical effect of electric bian stone surgery is basically equivalent to scraping therapy.In terms of restoring cervical function,the efficacy of the two groups was similar,but the sum of healing and efficacies of electroacupuncture was higher than that of scraping therapy.According to the decreasing trend of VAS score and median SF-MPQ score after each treatment,the reduction of VAS score in the third treatment of electric bian stone was better than that in the scraping group,and the SF-MPQ score started from the fourth time.The effect of surgery is better than the curative effect.The trend of pain score in the treatment cycle indicates that the cumulative effect of electric bian stone is better than scraping therapy.At the same time,combined with the patient's shedding and feedback from the subjects,the author believes that electric bian stone surgery is safer and painless than scraping therapy.Summarized as the following two points:1)Electric bian stone can effectively reduce the pain of cervical spondylosis and improve the daily function of the cervical spine.2)In the case of equivalent efficacy,electric bian stone surgery is safer and more non-invasive than scraping therapy,and should be further promoted. |
