Research On The Intervention Of Case Scocial Work To The Conflict Between Doctors And Patients

With the continuous deepening of medical reform in China,improving the medical satisfaction of patients has become the prime goal of medical systematic reform,therefore,the relationship and conflict between doctors and patients has become a hot issue in the current medical field.At present,Chinese medical system has achieved brilliant performance,but it is also faced with some negative influence,relationship and conflict between doctors and patients has become a hot issue in the current medical area.When the medical social work intervenes in the relationship and conflict between doctors and patients,the following questions need to be solved:the unequal right resources between the doctor and the patients,the gambling between the doctor and the patients and the conflict of the emotional isolation between the doctor and the patients.The paper is based on the research experience of other scholars,conducts practical research on the conflict between doctors and patients using the method of case study.During the research of the paper,empowerment theory,role theory,crisis intervention theory and communication theory are integrated to carry out investigation in the needs of the relationship between the doctors and the patients in L hospital of Z city using the method of interview,through investigation it can be seen that at present,Social Work Department has been set up in L hospital,but administrative personnel or doctors know little about the theories and methods of social work,training courses participating in social work lack systematic support,during the implementation of practical work there is a lack of social work skills,at present administrative work is still the main work content,the social work is still not true to its name.The reasons of forming doctor-patient conflict in L hospital include the unequal right resources between the doctors and the patients,resource and interest gambling and emotional isolation.Regarding these reasons,the paper uses case study to conduct intervention research on the doctor-patient relationship in L hospital of Z city.In the intervening process in case study,first of all,we will understand the practical need for intervention in doctor-patient relationship through interview,and propose the working plan of promoting conciliation.The whole intervention process is divided into establishing good relationship,guiding the client in accepting the reality,promoting the sincere communication between the doctor and the patients,cultivate positive attitude of the client and assisting in the formulation of medical plan,through case study,social workers face the clients with sincerity,meanwhile dig out the real needs of the clients through communication,assist the clients in solving some problems in a materialistic way,face the issue with the client and solve it,make common effort to make changes,and dissolve the contradictions between doctors and patients.In the process of intervening doctor-patient relationship with case study,medical social workers work as service providers and supporters,mainly helping the underprivileged patients solve problems.Meanwhile,medical social workers use skills including psychological consulting to enhance the defusing of contradiction between doctors,nurses and patients,dissolving the vicious conflict and crisis between doctors and patients that is about to occur,testify the unique charm of intervening doctor-patient relationship by medical social workers,and set up professional and authoritative social work.The research in this paper not only enriches the practical case of social work intervention in the field of doctor-patient conflict,but also testifies objectively the practical application effect of case study in relieving conflict between the doctors and the patients,providing reference for the intervention in doctor-patient relationship by other social workers in a reasonable way.
