In 2018,there were about 18.1 million new cancer cases and 9.6 million deaths worldwide.In this big data,Asia accounted for about half.According to statistics,the highest incidence of lung cancer is followed by breast cancer,which needs attention for women in both developed and developing countries.It is estimated that more than 100,000 breast cancer patients will appear in every 100,000 Chinese women after 2021.With the increasing incidence of cancer in China,cancer patients are becoming younger and more middle-aged.In recent years,due to the progress of human spiritual civilization,people pay more and more attention to hospice care.This article mainly aims at the case intervention of middle-aged cancer patients receiving hospice care services from social workers.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which respectively summarizes the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign literature,concept definition and related theory.Through understanding and summarizing the existing literature and research,it highlights the importance of social workers' intervention in hospice care for cancer patients.The second part is the definition of the concept and research methods,as well as the feasibility of hospice care services.The hospice care services are gradually accepted by the public.The role of social workers in psychological counseling for hospice patients is highlighted,so that patients can improve their quality of life while they are alive,and finally leave the world with dignity.The third part is about the specific services of social workers involved in hospice care services for middle-aged cancer patients,including acceptance,prediction,planning,intervention,evaluation and conclusion.This paper summarizes and counsels the case owners in four aspects: body,mind,society and spirit through the communication with patients and their families,so as to understand the needs of the case owners.The fourth part is the conclusion and reflection.It summarizes the hospice care services according to individual cases,and ponders on hospice care services in China,mainly on professional learning and policy system.
