Observation On The Efficacy Of Wenshen Huoxue Prescription Acupoint Application Combined With Medicinal Tea In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Huoxue Formula acupoint application combined with medicinal tea in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:80 PD patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome who met the case selection criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(treated with Wenshen Huoxue Formula acupoint application and herbal tea)and control group(Shaofu Zhuyu Cap-sule respectively),of which 40 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases fell off;There were 40 cases in the control group and 3 cases in the abscission group.The dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,uterine artery blood flow monitoring,TCM syndrom escore before and after treatment,as well as the dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score after 3 months of follow-up treatment were observed,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:1.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.66%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.67%,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule.2.Dysmenorrhea symptom score and degree of dysmenorrhea:the scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)showed that acupoint application combined with herbal tea and Shaofu Zhu yu Capsule could improve the dysmenorrhea symptoms of PD patients with equivalent effect,the former effect is stronger;The compa-reson of follow-up(P<0.05)showed that acupoint application combined with medicinal tea and fuzhuyu capsule had better long-term effect in maintaining dysmenorrhea symptoms.Two groups of treatment all can improve the degree of PD patients with dysmenorrhea.3.VAS score:after treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared with those before and between groups(P<0.05),suggesting that acupoint application combined with herbal tea and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule can improve the VAS score of PD patients,and the former has better curative effect.4.TCM syndrome score:the two groups after treatment and three months after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between groups(P<0.05).It is concluded that acupoint application combined with herbal tea and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule can improve the TCM syndrome score,After stopping mediction,the former can continue to maintain the improved state.5.Uterine artery hemodynamics:four indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),which showed that acupoint application combined with herbal tea and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule could improve PD pain by improving uterine artery blood flow resistance;After treatment with PI,EDV and RI,acupoint application combined with herbal tea was com pared with Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule(P<0.05),while PS V was compared(P>0.05),acupoint application combined with herbal tea and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule have the same ability to improve peak systolic blood flow velocity.Conclusion:Acupoint Application of Wenshen Huoxue Formula Combined with medicinal tea and Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule has thera peutic effect on PD cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Acupoint application of Wenshen Huoxue recipe combined with herbal tea in the treatment of PD cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome is significantly better than Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule in clinical and long-term efficacy.
