To Observe The Clinical Effect Of XinHuangPian In The Treatment Of Early Perianal Subcutaneous Abscess

Objective:Observation on the clinical effect of oral administration and external application of XinHuangPian on the treatment of early perianal subcutaneous abscess.Methods:60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table.Treatment group to the XinHuangPian oral plus topical,the control group was given oral HuangLianJieDuTang.The two groups were treated with 6 days for the treatment time,observe the clinical symptoms,signs and auxiliary examination and other indicators of changes in the situation,observe the XinHuangPian oral plus topical treatment of antinococcal early perianal subcutaneous abscess clinical efficacy.ResuIts:The results of the study are as follows:A total of 60 cases were completed,the treatment group(N=30)and the control group(N=30).There were no significant differences in gender,age,perianal pain,Indications perianal disease mass tenderness,skin temperature,skin color and subperitoneal mass,CPR,etc.of the two groups before treatment,The baseline between groups is consistent and comparable.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups:the treatment group of 30 patients,cured 9 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,the effective rate of 80%;control group of 30 patients,cured 5 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,the effective rate of 66.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Two groups of clinical symptoms distribution:The distribution of perianal pain in the two groups was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05),XinHuangPian group effect is more significant.(3)Two groups of clinical signs distribution:the two groups of patients with perianal lesions mass pain were significantly different after treatment and after 1 month(P<0.05),XinHuangPian group effect is more significant.two groups of patients with Lumps skin temperature,skin color in the treatment There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),But after a month of treatment,The effect of XinHuangPian group is more significant(P<0.05).(4)Two groups of auxiliary inspection distribution:The improvement of the size of the perianal mass under ultrasound in the two groups was significantly different after treatment and after 1 month(P<0.05),XinHuangPian group effect is more significant.There was no significant difference in CRP distribution between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),But after a month of treatment,The effect of XinHuangPian group is more significant(P<0.05).(5)Recurrence and adverse reactions:the recurrence of the two groups after 1 month were significantly different(P<0.05),During the course of the experiment,no significant adverse reactions were appear in the two groups during the course of administration.Conclusion:XinHuangPian is effective in the treatment of early perianal subcutaneous abscess,which can Significantly reduced the perianal pain and the Lumps skin temperature,skin color,reduce the size of the tumor under ultrasound and reduce CRP,especially in reduceding patients Perianal pain,perianal mass size has obvious advantages.Experimental stage has not yet found adverse reactions,the recurrence rate is low,is a relatively safe and effective treatment.
