A Clinical Study On The Healing Of Perianal Abscess After Perianal Abscess In The Combination Of Compound Pericarp Oil And Blattella

Objective: To study the clinical effect of compound pericarp oil yarn combined with American blattella powder in promoting the wound healing of perianal abscess after perianal abscess.Methods: 60 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into test group and control group,each with 30 cases.Both groups were treated with "perianal abscess radical radical surgery".After the operation,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was used to change the medicine after taking a bath,and the combination of the compound and the American cockroach powder was used as the experimental group.The postoperative wounds of the two groups were compared,and the scores were compared and analyzed.Contrast include postoperative wound secretion 1,3,5,7 days,1,7,14,21 days after wound area reduction rate,postoperative pain,wound granulation is integral,and the wound healed completely time,etc.Results: All 60 patients were cured.Two groups in the rate of discharge,the narrowing of the wound and wound healing time differences(P < 0.05),the experimental results were better than control group,and 14 and 21 days after wound shrink rate exist significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01),wound healing time completely between the two groups there are also significant differences(P < 0.01);On the 7th day after surgery,the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in the early postoperative pain relief.The granulation in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery,indicating that the growth of postoperative granulation was better than that of the control group in the early and mid-term test group.Conclusion: The combination of compound Perilla oil yarn and American blattella powder was better than that of compound pericarp.American cockroach powder can effectively inhibit bacteria and inflammation,promote the proliferation of granulation tissue,accelerate wound healing and epithelialization.Compound radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil gauze combination periplaneta Americana powder can effectively reduce the switching frequency,reduce pain in patients with early postoperative treatment duration,reduce the wound secretion,shorten the total time,greatly ease the anxiety and pain of patients,is to promote low crissum abscess incision healing of postoperative external use medicine,is worth further research and promotion in our department.
