Clinical Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture On Serum IL-10?IL-48 And Neurological Deficits In Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objectives:To observe the effect of acupuncture on the changes of serum IL-10,IL-18 levels and neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:This subject adopts randomized controlled trials.The patients in the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital of 69 patients with acute cerebral infarction were included in the standard,were randomly divided into control group and test group.The test group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of conventional drug treatment,the control group only received conventional drug treatment of Neurology Choose acupuncture and body acupuncture:Anterior temporal oblique,chize,Neiguan and Hegu,biguan,futu,Zusanli and sanyinjiao.The intervention time for each group of 1 times everyday,every 60 minutes,the intervention lasted 14 days.The main indexes of curative effect were serum interleukin 10 and interleukin 18.Secondary indexes was neurological deficit score(NIHSS).Before and after treatment,the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results the data were processed by SPSS software.Results:1.After 14 days treatment,Test group and control group serum IL-10 levels than before treatment improved.There was significant difference between Acupuncture group and control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Furthermore,the improvements of outcome for Acupuncture group were better than control group after 14 days treatment(P<0.05).2.After 14 days treatment,Test group and control group serum IL-18 levels than before treatment reduced.There was significant difference between Acupuncture group and control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Furthermore,the improvements of outcome for Acupuncture group were better than control group after 14 days treatment(P<0.05).3.After 14 days treatment,Test group and control group the scale score of NIHSS than before treatment reduced.There was significant difference between Acupuncture group and control group after the treatment(P<0.01).and there is no significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.The conventional medical therapy,the conventional therapy combined with acupuncture,the two treatment programs can effect the level of cerebral infarction patients'serum IL-10 and IL-18 in different degrees.2.In the acute phase of cerebral infarction,compared with medical treatment,acupuncture combined with medical treatment of inflammation has a more obvious improvement,but there is no significant difference in the recovery of neurological function.
