Objecive:To explore the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques to treat acute cerebral infarction patients' motion disturbance.Methods:All the fifty-seven cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group including 28 cases were treated with acupuncture combined rehabilitation techniques. The control group composing with 29 cases treated with rehabilitation techniques. Both groups were given the rehabilitation assessment before and after the treatment.The rehabilitation assessment included the following parts:Clinical effect assessment Fugl-Meyer and Bathel is used to assess the motion.To observe the improvement in nerve function the motion function and daily living ability between both groups.Result:The clinical observation shows that nerve function the motion function and daily living Activeness is more superior(P<0.01)after treatment. Nerve function the motion funetion and daily living activeness of the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group patients is more superior to rehabilitation group patients(P<0.01).Conclusions:The acupuncture combined rehabilitation techniques have active treatment to acute cerebral infarction patients' nerve function motion disturbance,it can improve the daily ability and the living quality effectively.
