Objective:1.To observe the effection of acupuncture treatment in acute cerebral infarction(ACI).2. Further explore the correlation between brain damage and inflammation, and study the brain injury mechanisms after ACI.3. To research the correlation between IL-10and IL-6with acupuncture treatment, may help us to find new ways and methods for the prevention and treatment of ACI.Methods:1.Treatment group:40cases fulfilled the select and exclude criteria:hospitalized within24hours,by odd-even order to devid the40cases into two group A and B Normal control group:30persons were selected as normal control simultaneously. The statistical test of the general conditions of the groups was performed. There was no significant difference between the groups.2. In all subjects, the serum concentrations of IL-10were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the serum levels of IL-6were detected by radio-immunity(RI).3. Adopted elbow vein blood3ml at days of1,3,7, and14. Serum samples were frozen in aliquots at-80℃within2h of collection and avoided repeating to freeze and thaw. Control samples only adopted once and storage in the same conditions.4.The curative effect was evaluated by the method of nimodipine.Result:1.The serum IL-10levels in the patients with ACI were significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects after3d (P<0.05), with the development of ACI,IL-10followed to normal level. 2.The serum IL-6levels in the patients with ACI were significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects (P<0.05).with the development of the de diseases, its came down, the A came faster than the B.3.The treatment A group makes a great effection than treatment B in the ACI.Conclusions:1. Aucupuncture treatment is effect in ACI.2.The levels of IL-10were significantly elevated in the patients of ACI, which confirmed that IL-10may play an important role in the patho-physiolgical course of ACI.3.The level of IL-6after1day had obviously change in contrast to medicine group (P>0.05),while the level IL-6after the3days,7days and14days decreased significantly in contrast to medicine group (P<0.05).And rate of the availability and cure in acupuncture-medicine group increased obviously than medicine group.Acupuncture treatment could effective contribute to the cilinical availability, and decreased obviously the level of IL-6.and increased IL-10.The acupuncture treatment may promote the expression of proinflammatory factor (IL-10) but suppress the expression of antiinflammatory factor (IL-6) in the ACI treatment.
