ObjectiveThis article is aimed to explore the etiology of chronic subjective dizziness(CSD),pathogenesis clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment methods,to strengthen the understanding of chronic subjective dizziness,through clinical observation and conventional western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic subjective dizziness,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,to provide reference for the treatment of chronic subjective dizziness and research.Methodselection in October 2015 to October 2016 in clinic in Wuhan during the complaints of the combination of Chinese and western neurology hospital outpatient and the inpatient for dizziness,dizziness,sleep disorders,anxiety patients,according to include conditions to select 120 cases,randomly divided into 4 groups,control way,Chinese medicine,western medicine group respectively and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group.In psychological treatment,rehabilitation,behavior therapy and related antidepressant and anti-anxiety treatment,on the basis of the control group given a placebo,according to syndrome differentiation can be divided into five type traditional Chinese medicine group,liver Yang syndrome in gastrodia elata uncaria drink to add and subtract,Phlegm turbidity type cast to the pinellia on atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae with subtraction;Qi and blood deficiency type to spleen-invigorating with subtraction;Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type to the left to pills and subtract;Obsessed with the blood stasis resistance winding type to: invigorate the circulation of it.Traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth by TCM pharmacy preparation,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital in Wuhan city to 400 ml,each dose specifications 200 ml/package,2 times a day,1 bag each time.Give min in the western medicine group(Weicai China pharmaceutical co.,LTD.)three times a day,every time two pieces(12 mg),20 min after the meal.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group on the basis of western medicine group,according to syndrome differentiation and treatment with Chinese medicine,parting with Chinese traditional medicine group.Each medicine decoction to 400 ml,specifications 100 ml/package,2 times a day,1 bag each time.Group for 6 weeks.Observed between groups before and after treatment of visual analogue scale(VAS),dizziness,the degree of disability rating scale(DHI),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90),Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI),fatigue severity scale(FSS),and other points were analyzed.Application SPSS17.0 statistical software for the data for statistical analysis.In addition,the monitoring of patients with liver and kidney function,blood,urine,excrement and urine analysis such as conventional indicators,understand the safety of the drug Results(1)each group: eliminating rate between groups did not appear to eliminate,shows that this experiment design is reasonable,better drug preparation,make the patients with good compliance.(2)symptoms integral comparison: groups of patients before treatment on the total integral of the signs and symptoms were no significant difference(P > 0.05),each total integral symptoms improved after treatment(P < 0.05).At the same time observation group to groups of patients in anxiety,tension,irritability,depression,fatigue,will be obviously improve the symptom such as insomnia,there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01).(3)the comparison between the groups: before treatment between groups in age,gender,symptom integral were no significant difference(P > 0.05),each group after treatment than before treatment were obviously improved,and there is interaction.But after treatment between Chinese medicine and western medicine group was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the symptoms were improved in both groups,but two groups of treatment effect.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group after treatment the score difference between traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine group(P < 0.05),(4)comparing the status of the adverse drug reactions monitoring: each group before and after treatment in patients with renal function,blood,urine,excrement and urine analysis had no obvious abnormalities.no serious adverse reaction was found in all groups.ConclusionThrough this study found that application of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine sensitivity in the diagnosis and treatment can improve patient symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation effect is better,some patients symptoms such as dizziness,nausea,can alleviate completely.And psychological treatmen,rehabilitation.behavior therapy and antidepressant and anti-anxiety treatment,on the basis of joint sensitivity in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine use without obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and is worth promoting in the patients with chronic subjective dizziness.
