Two groups before and after treatment Womac Index Of OA scorecomparison have significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group compared withcontrol group with significant difference (P <0.01).2.The two groups before and aftertreatment compared with the joint tenderness significant difference (P <0.05);Comparisonbetween treatment group and the control way has significant difference (P <0.05).3.Treatment group effective rate was91.43%, control group effective rate was 71.43%, the treatment group and control group with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion：Abdominal needle with Dong’s "Sanjin den" bloodletting therapy forknee osteoarthritis, can improve joint function, relieve pain, and the curative effect issuperior to the conventional acupuncture group. Abdominal needle with Dong’s method ofsingular point bloodletting therapy reflects the strange wonders, for acupuncture treatmentprovides a new method of knee joint osteoarthritis.
