Study On The Relationship Between Serum Cystatin C And High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein And Diabetic Nephropathy Of TCM Constitution Type

Objective: To observe the effect of diabetic nephropathy(DN)of the constitution of TCM and serum cystatin C(Cys C),high sensit?e Creact?e protein(Hs-CRP)and the correlation between the clinical significace of the correlation,further,to provide reference for the object?e standard,in order to distinguish DN in traditional Chinese medicine,to better promote the TCM clinical differentiation the treatment of DN.Methods: the subject selection criteria of DN?~? in patients witha total of 171 cases as the research object,collecting basic information of the patients,the detection of Cys C,Hs-CRP,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(Hb Alc),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24 hour urinary albumin(mALB-24h),focuseson the relationship between Cys C,Hs-CRP and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,83 patients with 2 diabetes mellitus(D-M)and urinary albumin and normal renal function were selected as DMgroup,and the healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group,the D-M group and the healthy group as control group(n=30).Results: there was no significant difference between the three groups in age,gender and other data based on the data,comparable(P>0.05),course of disease,there is statistical significance between the three groups(P=0.00<0.05),DN group was generally longer than those of group DM.After the Chinese constitution,in all of the patients in stage DN?:20 cases of qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency and 2 cases of 21 cases,31 cases of phlegm dampness,damp heat,blood stasis and 2 cases of 3 cases,the intrinsic quality of 2 cases,1 cases of qi stagnation,2 casesof flat and in the matter;DN? including 11 cases of qi deficiency,Yangde ficiency,yin deficiency and 12 cases of 5 cases,8 cases of phlegm damp ness,damp heat,blood stasis and 7 cases of 37 cases,2 cases of qi stagnation,the intrinsic quality of 2 cases,3 cases of gentleness and other physical.The correlation test was performed by using the line x column test.The results showed that the correlation between physical identification and DN staging was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was correlated(r=0.410).The analysis from the nine kinds of physical,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level mutual comparison between DN group and DM group,no significant difference(P>0.05),but DN group and DM group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the comparison between groups had significant difference(P<0.05).In 24 hours urine albumin content,between the DM group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and according to the constitution of qi deficiency,phlegm dampness Constitution Constitution in DN group,yin deficiency constitution,blood stasis constitution,Yangdeficiency constitution showed an increasing trend,the 22 constitution nostatistical significance,DN group and the constitution DM group and controlgroup.There were significant differences among the groups(P<0.05).4for Cys C,Hs-CRP,DM,DN according to the results of analysis of group? and ? group Cys C levels were gradually increased,the level of CysCin health group in the normal range,between the three groups compared with significant difference(P=0.000<0.05).Comparing the DN of thephysical group,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm,Yang deficiency and blood stasis interaction had significant difference(P<0.05),but no statistical significance,Hs-CRP and Cys C levels by Yang deficiency blood stasis,qi stagnation,damp heat,Qi deficiency,phlegm.Quality of yin deficiency is intrinsic quality,and quality of physical types showed a decreasing trend.The correlation coefficient of correlation analysis DN Chinese Constitution Evolution and Cys C,Hs-CRP levels were 0.568,0.602,and P<0.05,Cys C,Hs-CRP level was posit?ely related to DN Qi deficiency,phlegm,yin deficiency,blood stasis and yang deficiency constitution change performance,DN stage gradually aggravated.The analysis by Pearson,Cys C and mALB-24 h,the correlation coefficient was 0.960,Hs-CRP and mALB-24 h P<0.05,the correlation coefficient was 0.697,significantly posit?e correlation between Cys C,Hs-CRP and mALB-24 h levels.The SCr,BUN content analysis,no significant difference between healthy group,DM group,Qi deficiency,gentleness,qi stagnation and intrinsic quality(P>0.05);phlegm dampness,blood stasis,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and damp heat werehigher than the other groups,according to Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness increasing quality,quality,Yin deficiency and dampness heat,blood stasi-sand yang deficiency of the trend,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: due to changes in the course of the patients and theprogression of the disease,Qi deficiency,phlegm,yin deficiency,blood stasis and damp heat in the main physical distribution in the DN staging,DN? mainly phlegm,yin deficiency,blood stasis for DN?,with long duration can gradually progress for Yang deficiency.Susceptibility to DN is asuscep-tibility to the development of tcm.The detection of Cys C and Hs-CRP is helpful to judge the clinical stage of DN,and it can better understand the analysis of mALB-24 h.The Cys C and Hs-CRP are different in various physical differences between the different physical level,obviously,and has increased with the progression of the law,as in the future DN TCM Typing reference index,which can provide the object?e basisfor DN traditional Chinese medicine dialectical,to provide convenience for treatment of DN in the future direction of traditional Chinese medicine.
