Objective: By detecting cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and normal control group in patients with cystatin C(Cys C)and uric acid(UA),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(H-CRP)levels,analyze whether there is statistical difference between case group and control group,cystatin C,uric acid,hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels and the incidence of cerebral small vessel disease have relevance,provide clinical prediction may cause cerebral small vessel disease risk factors of the disease,in order to further explore the cerebral small vessel disease pathogenesis research provide some direction.Method:Selection the Department of neurology of the second affiliated hospital of bengbu medical college,205 cases of cerebral small vessel disease patients(CSVD)were selected.Selecting with small group at the same time in the same period in the neurology hospital parallel head MRI examination is normal and excluding standard 129 patients as control group.According to the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)findings as lacunar cerebral infarction group(LI)and white Leukoaraiosis group(LA).According to the Montreal cognitive assessment(Mo CA)in patients with CSVD rate,According to the score is greater than or equal to 26 points will CSVD group is divided into cognitive function in normal group and cognitive dysfunction group,In cerebral small vessel disease group and control group in the case of general information,medical history and biochemical indicators for statistical analysis,to determine the risk factors of cerebral small vessel disease,and the risk factors for Logistic multifactor regression analysis.Results:205 cases of cerebral small vessel disease group were selected,According to the imaging findings divided into lacunar cerebral infarction group(LI)of 81 cases and Leukoaraiosis group(LA)of 124 cases.Which the average age of 66.93 ±9.59 LI group,44 male and female 37;LA group mean age,72.92±8.23 years,71 cases of male and female 53.Including the control group of 129 cases,Control group with an average age of 65.53 ± 8.59 years,69 men,60 women.By comparing the control group and the various projects of cerebral small vessel disease group can be found in cerebral small vessel disease group patients(age 71.81± 9.32 years),the proportion of hypertension(58.5%),lipoprotein(A)level(409.74 ± 580.36 mg/L),uric acid(275.23 ±81.45 umol/L),plasma cystatin C the level of(1.1 ± 0.28 mg/L),high sensitive C reactive protein level(5.52± 8.45 mg/L),(P < 0.05).According to the analysis of the results of single factor screening,patients age,hypertension,the proportion of lipoprotein(A),uric acid,plasma cystatin C,high sensitive C reactive protein and two suspicious risk factors as independent variables,cerebral small vessel disease group,LI group and osteoporosis group brain protein as the dependent variable.Logistic multivariate regression analysis.The study found that four indicators of hypertension,uric acid,serum cystatin C and high sensitivity C reactive protein is cerebral small vessel disease group,cerebral infarction group and cerebral interstitial protein independent risk factors for osteoporosis group.The study found that the study found that high Cys C and H-CRP is a major risk factor for CSVD,the possibility of suffering from CSVD are respectively 122.152 times and 1.687 times of normal individuals,Cys C,H-CRP is a major risk factor for LI,the possibility of suffering from LI are respectively 40.485 times and 1.593 times of normal individuals,The study found that diabetes mellitus,CYS-C and H-CRP is a major risk factor for LA,the possibility of suffering from LA respectively was 0.200 times of normal individuals,272.728 times,1.651 times.Uric acid are eliminated in Logstic regression analysis,considering the uric acid may be cerebral small vessel disease confounding factors of the disease.Cystatin C and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein levels in patients with cerebral small vessel disease have no correlation in cognitive function.Conclusion: 1)Cerebral small vessel disease patients age,hypertension,the proportion of lipoprotein(A),uric acid,plasma cystatin C,high sensitive C reactive protein are usually significantly higher than that of non cerebral small vessel disease 2)Urinary inhibition C,serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein indicators on the high side individual,more easily than the rest of the population suffering from Cerebral small vessel disease.Cystatin C high-sensitivity c-reactive protein levels and Cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral small vessel disease have no correlation.3)Cerebral small vessel disease types the different risk factors,our study results suggest uric acid may be cerebral small vessel disease confounding factors of the disease.4)Through the control of plasma cystatin C,high sensitive C reactive protein,will help estimate the risk of cerebral small vessel disease.
