Objective: To study the serum cystatin C, interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein associated with chronic heart failure in Patients with chronic heart failure condition of the diagnosis and Prediction Looking sensitive indicators to Provide effective reference. Methods: December 2013-December 2015 in our hosPital because of cardiovascular medicine hosPitalized CHF Patients and 360 cases of heart failure did not occur in the same Period in our hosPital 120 cases of healthy Physical examination for the study were measured in serum cystatin C, interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein levels, and statistical analysis.Results:(1) The average concentration of CHF Patients, serum cystatin C, interleukin- 6 and high-sensitivity C reactive Protein resPectively 1.65±0.62mg/l, 11.37±4.25ng/, 8.68±5.34mg/l; control grou P study the serum cystatin C, interleukin- 6 and high-sensitivity C reactive Protein mean concentrations were 0.83±0.47mg/l, 4.26±1.51ng/, 2.89±1.74mg/l. The difference between the two grouPs was significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) The average concentration of dilated cardiomyo Pathy Patients serum cystatin C and interleukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive Protein were 1.61±0.53mg/l, 10.45±4.78ng/l, 8.71±5.15mg/l; the average concentration of hyPertensive cardiomyo Pathy Patients serum cystatin C and interleukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive Protein was 1.57±0.50mg/l, 9.87±3.99ng/l,8.61±5.09mg/l resPectively; the average concentration of serum cystatin C in Patients with coronary heart disease grouP, interleukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive Protein were1.66±0.59mg/l, 9.91±4.04ng/l, 8.61±5.09mg/l; the average concentration of valvular heart disease Patients serum cystatin C and interleukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive ProteinresPectively 1.75±0.61mg/l, 11.32±5.25ng/l, 8.89±5.52mg/l. There was no significant difference between the two two grouPs, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)heart function grade II grouP, serum cystatin C, interleukin- 6 and high-sensitivity C reactive Protein mean concentrations were 1.32±0.44mg/l, 6.94±2.58ng/l, 4.85±2.05mg/l;the average concentration of heart functional grade III grouP, serum cystatin C, interleukin- 6 and high sensitive C reactive Protein were 1.66±0.64mg/l, 10.63 ±4.07ng/l,7.92±3.26mg/l; the average concentration of cardiac function class IV grouP, serum cystatin C, interleukin- 6 and high-sensitivity C reactive Protein resPectively to1.91±0.66mg/l, 12.96±5.33ng/l, 11.02±4.95mg/l. Between the two two grou Ps of Patients, the difference was not significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The detection of serum cystatin C, interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and early diagnosis of chronic heart failure disease, and effectively assess their risk, can Promote the use in clinical Practice.
