| BackgroundCHD is a kind of multiple cardiovascular disease,which makes the life and quality of life severely damaged.With the development of social progress,the increasing morbidity and mortality,causes the extensive concern of the international community.Looking for related indicators,preventing and controling the occurrence and development of CHD is the goal we have been continuous efforts.At present,there has been some researches for the TCM constitution types of CHD,but People has not reached a unified conclusion.The correlation of The different TCM constitution types and Cys-C levels has not been strong persuasion in clinical.Study the correlation of TCM constitution types of CHD and its risk factors,risk factors for further intervention predisposition crowd has the vital significance.ObjectiveThrough questionnaire survey in patients who have been diagnosed CHD,the purpose of the study is to analyze the distribution of the TCM constitution types of CHD,and prospectively to study the correlation of different TCM constitution types of CHD and Cys-C level.Exploreing the influence cardiovascular risk factors on different constitution,which is a new method to prevente and treatment of CHD.MethodsSelect 106 cases according to the results of coronary angiography diagnosis of CHD,this study refers the standard issued by the China association of Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision to Determine the patient’s TCM constitution types is the health of the parting reference issued.Apply the SPSS22.0 statistical software to building the database and perform statistical analysis.Result1.This study is given priority to with male patients,male 62 cases,accounting for 58.5%;female 44 cases,accounting for 41.5%.Age distribution with 51 to 60 years old,61 to 70 year old patient is the most in the cases.2.The distribution of TCM Constitution of CHD in patients:Qi deficiency 31 cases(29.2%)>Yang deficiency 20 cases(18.9%)>blood stasis 17 cases(16.0%)>phlegmatic hygrosis 11 cases(10.4)>Yin deficiency 9 cases(8.5%)>humid heat 8 例(7.5%)>qi quality 5 cases(4.7%)>gentleness 3 patients(2.8%)>special intrinsic quality in 2 cases(1.9%).3.Compare the Cys-C levels of CHD groups between each other:Acute myocardial infarction compared with stable angina,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.02<0.05);unstable angina compared with stable angina,no significant difference(P=0.395>0.05);Compared with unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction(P=0.022<0.05)the difference is statistically significant.4.The male Of CHD compared with women is more in Cys-C levels,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.039<0.05).5.The Cys-C level of CHD in the TCM constitution types from high to low is:qi deficiency>blood stasis>Yang deficiency>phlegmatic hygrosis>humid heat>qi quality>gentleness>special intrinsic quality.Between any two physical type,qi deficiency compared with Yin deficiency,humid heat,gentleness,special intrinsic quality,qi quality,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Yang deficiency compared with Yin deficiency,special intrinsic quality,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between the two remaining there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1.A high incidence of CHD in patients is the age between 51-70 years old,and suffering from the disease more men than women.2.Qi deficiency,blood stasis,Yang deficiency,phlegmatic hygrosis distribute the most in the patients with CHD.3.The patients with MI in Cys-C level was significantly higher than stable angina and unstable angina.4.Men with CHD in Cys-C level are higher than that of female patients.5.The Cys-C levels of qi deficiency were obviously higher than Yin deficiency,gentleness,great quality,qi quality;Yang deficiency is higher Yin deficiency,special intrinsic quality. |
