Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of pricking blood therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of migraine, and compared with simple acupuncture treatment of migraine and oral Western medicine treatment of migraine, and to compare the effects of three treatments after 30 minutes of the first treatment, after the end of treatment, after the end of a month, after the end of the three months. Methods: 105 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into three groups: the pricking blood combined with electro-acupuncture group(observation group)and electro-acupuncture group(electro-acupuncture group),oral western medicine control group(western medicine group),each group were 35 cases. The observation group used electro-acupuncture combined with bloodletting treatment, acupuncture control group received electro-acupuncture for treatment, oral administration of Western medicine control group with oral administration of Ergotamine and Caffeine Tablets and flunarizine treatment, three groups were treated for 12 days. The visual analogue scale(VAS score)after 30 minutes of the end of the first treatment and the headache score after treatment, after a month, after three months were observed.Compared before and after treatment to observe the curative effect of pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine, the difference between the three kinds of treatment methods of treatment effect. Results: 1.After 30 minutes of the first treatment, the VAS score of three groups was significantly decreased, but the decline in the observation group was better than that in the EA group and the western medicine group(p<0.01).2.After the end of treatment, the scores of headache were significantly decreased, but the decrease of headache score and the total effective rate were better than those of electro-acupuncture group and western medicine group(p <0.01).3.After the end of treatment for 1 months, the headache score of the three groups decreased significantly, but the scores of headache score(p<0.05)and total effective rate(p<0.01)in the observation group were better than those in the electro-acupuncture group and the western medicine group.4.After the end of treatment for 3 months, the headache score of the three groups decreased significantly, but the scores of headache score(p<0.01)and total effective rate(p<0.05)in the observation group were better than those in the electro acupuncture group and the western medicine group.5.The efficacy of the observation group was stable at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. The efficacy of the electro-acupuncture group was stable after 1month,and the curative effect was decreased in 3 months. The efficacy of the western medicine group was stable after 1 month, and the curative effect was stable at 3 months.6.During the treatment period, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was similar to that of the electro-acupuncture group(p>0.05),which was lower than that of the western medicine group(p <0.01).Conclusion: 1.Pricking blood therapy combined with electro-acupuncture,acupuncture therapy and oral western medicine in the treatment of migraine has good immediate analgesic effect, but pricking blood therapy combined with electro-acupuncture treatment analgesic effect was significantly better than simple acupuncture treatment and oral western medicine treatment.2Pricking blood therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of migraine in the near future curative effect,short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy are significantly better than the simple acupuncture treatment and oral western medicine treatment, and the effect continued to be stable.3.Pricking blood therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of migraine is effective, safe and worthy of promotion.
