The Clinical Observations On Three-edged Needle Pricking Blood Treatment Of Migraine

Objegtive:To observe the clinical effect and blood stream speed of TCD before and after treadmend in three-edged needle pricking blood therapy on migraine.Method:By the way of the random contorl trial.There were 160 migraineurs in total Items of Observation.They were randomly divided into two group.80 case of which were treated with pricking blood trerapy and 80 case were received medicine.Operation:The treatment group takes baihui point,the trouble side taiyang and yangling quan point.Makeing the conventional disinfection at first,We hold the three-edged needle to treat through the methed of prompt piercing.The Hemorrhage measures each hole is 8-10 drops.1 treatment course is 5 times,1 time two day,each group spents 3 treatment courses totally.The control group take the ergotamine and caffeine tablets when this disease is at attack or before Headache,taking orally 1-2 pieces at the beginning,we could takes 1-2 pieces again half hour later if invalid,The most large dose is less than 6 pieces each time.Each treatment course is 10 days,it need 3 treatment courses totally.We need to observe the clinical immediate,short-term and the forward curative effect after treatment and The blood stream speed of TCD of two groud were compared before and after treadmend.Result:(1)the clinical effect.The imediate effect(60 min after treatment),the short-term effect and the long-termeffect in treatment group was 92.3%;97.4%;84.6%respectively and in the control group was 63.6%;77.9%31.2%respectively,the statistical analysis showed that the effect had a significant difference between two groups(p＜0.05)。(2)after treatment the blood-speeding of the TCD was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:The three-edged needle pricking blood therapy on migraine's immediate curative effect,the short-term curative effect and the forward curative effect is more effective than that of the receiving medicine group.It also can Alleviate the encephalic blood vessel's nervous state through the TCD examination.Therefore we extrapolated that punctures the blood therapy treats migraine's efficacious device. The three-edged needle pricking blood therapy on migragrine is an effective treatment.It has the Latent value to use on clinic.
