| Purposes This subject adopts Tongdu Tiaoshen different acupuncture treatment of migraine,and compared with the conventional acupuncture,to observe the different Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of migraine biased clinical curative effect,aims to explore a new and effective method of acupuncture for migraine clinical efficacy;and through the investigation to determine Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.The effect on neural function,which provides many kinds of effective methods for clinical treatment.Methods There had 75 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were selected from the Anhui acupuncture and moxibustion Hospital,which randomly divided into Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture group(Tongdu group I),Tongdu Tiaoshen pricking group(Tongdu group II)and common acupuncture control group(normal group),Tongdu Tiaoshen group is selected in this paper as the main acupoints of Baihui and Dazhui.The auxiliary points have the Taiyang,Touwei,Fengchi,Hegu,ordinary group of selected acupoints in the affected side of the Taiyang,Fengchi,Shuaigu,Xuanlu,Touwei,bilateral Taichong,Waiguan,Zulinqi points.All groups should be differentiated according to the patient's specific condition.A daily treatment,ten days a course of treatment.All patients who agree with this research program have been asked for their own consent and signed the "informed consent".After the end of treatment,selection of visual analogue scale(VAS)score as the amount of pain in order to observe the surface before and after the treatment of headache remission,monitoring of patients before and after treatment and quality of life scale(SF-36)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),blood pressure(BP),five hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)changes in plasma concentration,treatment results of three groups were compared with the clinical curative effect,through different methods of acupuncture treatment and regulatingmentality and the possible mechanism,so as to enrich and optimize the treatment of migraine and provide clinical evidence.Results(1)There was no difference in the general data before treatment,such as gender difference,age and duration,(P>0.05),which showed clinical comparability.(2)Comparison of VAS during treatment: the VAS score before treatment compared with a P>0.05,with clinical comparability;comparing before the treatment,40 min and immediately after treatment of the group,there were significant differences in the significance(P<0.05);treatment immediately when the three groups comparison between groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after 40 min treatment,there were statistically significant differences about three groups(P<0.05),of which,I pass the governor group and the normal group compared to P<0.01,unblocking II group and normal group(P<0.01),unblocking group II and group I compared Tongdu(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of BP in each group: the blood pressure of the three groups was compared with a P>0.05 before treatment,and there was a clinical comparability.There was a significant difference in blood pressure before and after treatment(P<0.05),compared with those in general group and Tong Du group I(P<0.05),Tong Du II group compared with general group(P<0.01),Tong Du II group and Tong Du group(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of the SF-36 scores : before treatment group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);10 days before and after the treatment groups than there were significant differences(P<0.01),1 Tongdu group and normal group(P<0.05).The governor II group and normal group(P<0.01),unblocking II group and unblocking group I(P<0.05).(5)The comparison of scores in AIS : each treatment before the comparison within each group,there has no significant difference(P>0.05);there was statistically significant difference about the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),which pass the governor I group and the normal group(P<0.05),unblocking II group andnormal group comparison of P<0.01.(6)The level of 5-HT in each group : before treatment,the results of three groups showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05);There has a statistically significant between the three groups before and after10 days,treatment(P<0.01),of which,Tongdu I group vs the normal group to P<0.05,unblocking II group vs normal group to P<0.01,unblocking II group vs unblocking group I to P<0.05.(7)The comparison of the efficacy after treatment: the total efficiency of the three groups were followed,normal group 76%,group 92%,Tong Du unblocking group II100%,compared with a significant difference between the curative effect of each group(P<0.05),which I pass the governor and the ordinary group to P<0.05 Tongdu,II group compared with the control group get a P<0.01,unblocking II group and unblocking group I to a P<0.05.Conclusion(1)The pain degree of the patients with migraine can be relieved effectively by the three methods of Tongdu Tiao Shen acupuncture group and Tongdu regulating God thorn collaterals group and common acupuncture group.(2)Comparison among the three groups,the Tongdu Tiao Shen Pricking group is superior to the Tongdu Tiao Shen acupuncture group in improving the quality of life,improving the plasma 5-HT concentration,regulating the patients' nervousness and depression and so on.Tongdu Tiao Shen acupuncture group is better than the ordinary acupuncture group.(3)Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of migraine is safe and effective and has no obvious adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
