The Clinical Research On Cluster Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medinine Syndromes On Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus And Insulin Resistance

Objective:Using statistical methods to analyze in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)of TCM syndrome type distribution,researched different TCM syndrome types and type 2 diabetes clinical correlation between the severity of insulin resistance.Methods:Access to relevant information,collect related information,and draw lessons from the opinions of the experts,the symptoms of TCM for T2DM-IR questionnaire,collecting cases,carefully and earnestly detailed the record of the investigation content,selected into standard patients,filled in the questionnaire,for clinical data.Establish database,EXCEL can be used to convert binary classification variables into numerical variables.The positive symptoms assignment 1,will be negative symptoms assignment is 0.Then use SPSS22.0,frequency analysis and cluster analysis.Results: Filtering into standard of 100 patients,the average age is 51 years old,53 women,male 47,76-year-old oldest and youngest 24 years old.Including dry mouth,fatigue,defecate,gooey uncomfortable,spontaneous sweating,irritability,thirst like drinking,body fat,chest stuffy flustered,night sweats,the frequency of symptoms is higher.The tongue and pulse mainly includes moss greasy,yellow moss,moss white,big fat tongue,pulse and pulse number,veins,arteries and veins and moist fine,weak pulse,pulse string.Combined with clinical experience and the result of clustering analysis,The TCM syndrome of T2 DM can be divided into 6 types.As follows is spleen deficient and wet resistance syndrome,hot and humid indicates delay certificate,liver fire,Yin asthenia and internal heat,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Between different syndrome types of insulin resistance level the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The degree of insulin resistance in from light to heavy,Yin asthenia and internal heat,liver depression,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,the fire certificate,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,hot and humid indicates stagnation syndrome,wet resistance pixu(spleen deficient).Conclusion: The syndrome of TCM can be summarized as 6 types.It respectively are spleen deficient and wet resistance syndrome,hot and humid indicates delay certificate,liver fire,Yin asthenia and internal heat,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.The pathogenesis of T2 DM includes the actual condition at both ends.The deficiency of found in temper.Yang deficiency in spleen and kidney Yang deficiency Yin deficiency in kidney Yin deficiency.The evil reality aspects mainly in qi stagnation,dampness and heat.Disease is located in the liver,spleen,kidney,stomach.In 6 kinds of TCM syndrome type of wet resistance and spleen deficient that Insulin resistance is the most serious can see the most.The spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome that insulin resistance is relatively light.has less number of cases.
