The Clinical Study Of The TCM And Enema Treat “Chronic Pelvic Pain”caused By Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Purpose: This topic through scientific design, rigorous thinking to observe the clinical curative effect of oral medicine with enema treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome caused by pelvic inflammatory disease,and to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine external with Chinese patent medicine oral treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, so as to develop a set of practical clinical treatment of pelvic pain syndrome caused by pelvic inflammatory disease.Method: This study treat 60 cases of patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease which meet the condition from changchun university of Chinese medicine outpatient service of department of gynaecology, the patents were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases according to the order of visits and odd number.In treatment group adopted fu phlogistic Thai particles to oral with the basin kang decoction enema treatment, control group adopts pure fu phlogistic granule treatment of the disease. Before and after treatment evaluate the two groups of patients with comprehensive clinical symptoms and signs and local ratings and pelvic pain by using visual analog pain(VAS) in grading respectively, and using SPSS 20.0 software for data analysis, then compare the curative effect of two groups of treatment of the disease.Result: The patient’s age, course, clinical symptoms and local signs and VAS score before treatment of the treatment group and the control group is analyzed by spss20.0 software.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups.The comprehensive symptoms and local signs and pain VAS score of both group after treatment were compared Respectively, the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05); The symptoms and local signs and pain VAS scores of the treat group and control group after treatment with spss20.0 software for statistical analysis, statistically significant difference(p < 0.05), indicating that the treatment group and control group in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease have curative effect, the clinical curative effect of the former is superior to the latter.Conclusion: Pure fu phlogistic Thai particle oral and fu phlogistic Thai particle to oral with the basin inflammation kang decoction enema treatment of CPP caused PID have the clinical curative effect, compared two kinds of treatment, The clinical curative effect of treatment to CPP caused by PID through fu phlogistic Thai particles to oral with the basin inflammation is obviously better than pure oral fu phlogistic particle groups.
