| Objective:To observe and evaluate Wen Dan drink combined with cervical traction of retention of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm turbidity resistance winding type)clinical efficacy and safety.and for Wen Dan drink combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm turbidity resistance winding type)provide theoretical basis and guidance.Methods:A total of 62 patients who were meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(p hlegm turbidity resistance winding type)from 1 January 2016-Dece mber 2016 in Guangxi university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospit al outpatient and hospitalization.All patients were divided into treatme nt group and control group randomly with random number table accor ding to the order of admission,each group has 31 cases.Patient in the treatment group was treated with the herbal decoction of Wen Dan dri nk with cervical traction,and the control group was treated with cervic al traction alone.the time of therapy is 2 weeks in all of the patients,before the treatment and after 1 week,by use the clinical standard of diagnosis and effect of disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine to de termine the efficacy and use Cervical Vertigo's symptoms and funtionassessment table to symptoms and functional assessment and use transc ranial doppler ultrasonography(TCD)Testing mean blood flow velocit y(MFV)and resistance index(RI)detection and the side effects and adverse reactions were observed.Results: The study object is mainly of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm turbidity resistance winding type)Treatment group to Wen Dan drink taste combined with cervical traction treatment,the control to the traction treatment.62 patients were successfully completed treatment,no case fall off.There was no difference of signification between the two groups of patients in aspect of gender,age,disease duration in all included patients(P>0.05),a comparability among them.(1)the treatment group of 31 patients 9 cases were cured,12 were markedly effective,7 cases were improved and 3 cases was inactive,the total effective rate was 90.32%.Control group of 31 patients 6 cases were cured,9were markedly effective,10 cases were improved and 6 cases was inactive,the total effective rate was 80.65%.The rank and inspection,compared two groups of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but on the total effective rate in treatment group than the control group.(2)The symptoms of the two groups before treatment and function of the score difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);In the two groups before and after treatment in dizziness,neck shoulder pain,daily life and work relatively score and total score were significantly improved,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);On the headaches,psychological and social adaptation scale,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The two groups after treatment on vertigo,daily life and work,and the total score,score treatment group were higher than control group,andthe difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the neck and shoulder pain,headache,psychological and social adaptation in comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The two groups before treatment TCD indicators contrast differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);In the two groups before and after treatment in average of vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity(MFV)and resistance index(RI)relatively have extremely significant difference(P<0.05);Comparing the two groups after treatment in addition to the right side of the vertebral artery,the average blood flow velocity(MFV)there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the rest of the average arterial blood flow velocity(MFV)and vascular resistance index(RI)were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion : This study of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of historical development,the mechanism of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and method of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnosis and treatment of a detailed study on diversification,etc.This study confirmed that Wen Dan drink flavor simple cervical traction and cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm stasis type)the curative effect,improve symptoms,has good effect function and TCD index.The experiment confirmed the Wen Dan drink taste combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm stasis type)on curative effect and improve symptoms and function are better than the pure traction.Objective this study confirmed the Wen Dan drink Combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm stasis type)the curative effect,improve symptoms,function and TCD index,compared with simple cervical traction therapy tobetter use.Explain Wen Dan drink taste combined with traction for treatment of cervical spondyosis of vertebral artery type(phlegm turbidity resistance winding type)is safe,effective,worthy of promotion. |
