The Clinical Research On Treating Sequelae Of PID With Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Type By Qingre Xiaotong Decoction And Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository

Objectives:Observe Qingre Xiaotong Decoction and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository treating damp heat and blood stasis type soup junction the clinical efficacy of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,To evaluate the effectiveness of this prescription in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate objectively.Methods:Using the method of randomized 60 patients with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis type of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into group A(treatment group:Qingre Xiaotong Decoction and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository group)and group B(control group:Fuke qianjin piece of joint Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository group),30 cases in each group.Through the observation of patients of 1 courses,2 courses,3 courses and 1 months after discontinuation of clinical changes,and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical effect before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect:After 1 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 80%in treatment group while the control group was 73.33%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the effect is quite the same;After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 90%in treatment group while the control group was 76.67%,there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%in treatment group while the control group was 80%,there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group is still better than the control group;After 1 months of withdrawal the total effective rate was 90%in treatment group while the control group was 73.33%,statistical significance showed that the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was still higher than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes:After 3 courses of treatment,TCM treatment group total effectiveness 96.67%while the control group was 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of partly signs:After 3 courses of treatment,two groups of patients were compared with the partly signs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of signs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Ultrasonic comparison:After 3 courses of treatment,the results of pelvic ultrasound examination(pelvic effusion and adnexal masses)were not statistically different(P>0.05),indicating that the 2 groups can reduce the pelvic effusion and mass narrowing attachment area,and the curative effect is quite the same.5.Feasibility analysis:The two groups before treatment,age,course of disease,TCM syndromes,partly signs,no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).6.The curative effect of the treatment group was not significantly different from the patients with different age,course and degree of disease(P>0.05).7.Safety inspection:two groups of patients before and after treatment were measured in blood,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,electrocardiogram showed no obvious abnormality,which shows that Qingre Xiaotong Decoction and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository medication is safe and reliable,non-toxic side effects.Conclusion:Qingre Xiaotong Decoction and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository suppository can improve damp heat and blood stasis type clinical symptoms and signs of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,it can reduce the pelvic effusion and mass narrowing attachment area,discontinuation in patients after 1 month,can still maintain a good treatment effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and the use of safe.
