| Objective:The application of tcm Qing Li activation method in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,and take two different administered treatment.By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,changes of physical and chemical indicators and follow-up of the situation,the clinical efficacy of the two external treatment methods are compared.Study in the treatment of the disease best clinical route of administration,for further clinical choice of more effective,more reasonable administration provide scientific basis.Methods:Select patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease type heat stasis met the inclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Enema group 30 cases are given oral medicine and traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of one period of treatment;Fumigation group 30 cases are given oral medicine and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment 1 course of treatment.By observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs improved and the changes of physical and chemical indicators,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups preliminarily.Results:In the course of the treatment of the disease,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),which shows that after the treatment of two kinds of drug treatment can achieve a certain clinical curative effect.Comparison between the two groups shows that:in terms of symptoms and signs,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of physical and chemical indicators,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);In terms of reducing the recurrence rate,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the enema group in improving the symptoms and signs of damp heat and blood stasis type SPID and reduce long-term recurrence rate is better than fumigation group,but in terms of physical and chemical indicators to improve,the efficacy of the two groups is similar.Conclusion:In the application of TCM in the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type SPID clinical research,in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of SPID patients and reducing the recurrence rate,compared with the fumigation group,enema group in the near future curative effect is more signiticant.In the choice of treatment,compared with the fumigation method,enema is more worthy of clinical application. |
