Clinical Curative Effect Of Jinying Capsule Combined With Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository On Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of Jinying Capsule combined with Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository on treating Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome to explore the mechanism of the action and evaluate the clinical safety so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods : A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome were randomly selected from the Department of Gynecological Outpatient Department of Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2015 to June2016.They were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group of 60 cases of patients.The patients from trial group were treated with oral administration of Jinying capsule combined with plugging Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the anal while patients from control group were treated with oral Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with plugging Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the anal.Both groups received 1treatment course(4 weeks).Then observe the overall efficacy Chinese medicine syndrome,local signs of improvement and drug safety of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:Comprehensive efficacy comparison of the two groups of patients : 12 cases in the trial group fully recovered,markedly effective in 33 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 95%;5 cases in the control group were cured,markedly effective in 25 cases,effective in 19 cases and ineffective in11 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 81.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the combined effect of the trial group is better than that of the control group.The efficacy comparison of the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine: 9 cases in the trial group fully recovered,markedly effective in 34 cases,effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 96.7%;3cases in the control group were cured,markedly effective in 26 cases,effective in 21 cases and ineffective in 10 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 83.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the combined effect of the trial group is better than that of the control group.The efficacy comparison of the two groups of patients' local signs : 10 cases in the trial group fully recovered,markedly effective in 25 cases,effective in 20 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 91.7%;6 cases in the control group were cured,markedly effective in 20 cases,effective in 19 cases and ineffective in 15 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the combined effect of the trial group is better than that of the control group.The results showed that age,duration and severity of the patients have no significant influence on the efficacy comparison of two treatment methods.Safety test: the two groups of patients' blood,urine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function,and conventional ECG were measured respectively before and after treatment and were without significant abnormalities,which indicating that Jinying capsule combined with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository is safe for clinical application and has no toxic side effects.Conclusion: Jinying capsule combined with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository can improve the clinical symptoms and local signs of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome.It is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
