| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion that caused by prethrombotic state by tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis.So we can give full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state,in order to further clinical promotion and application.Methods:A total of 76 patients from Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,they were diagnosed with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state,simultaneously conformed to the kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome.they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each group by the random number table method.Patients in the observation group were given Bushen Huayu Decoction,patients in the control group were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets.After continuous treatment for 3menstrual cycles,comparing the improvement of TCM syndrome score,the change of coagulation indictor including D-dimer,APTT,FIB and PLT.Then the differences between and within the two groups before and after drug intervention were statistically analyzed.The next pregnancy was followed up and the success rate of pregnancy preservation in the two groups was calculated.Results:(1)After the treatment,there was a significant statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05);(2)Dimer,APTT,FIB and PLT before and after the treatment in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in d-dimer and PLT before and after the treatment in the control group(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in APTT and FIB before and after the treatment(P>0.05).(3)The success rate of pregnancy preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and their differences were significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state,the curative effect is better than aspirin enteric-coated tablets.(2)Bushen Huayu Decoction can obviously improve D-dimer,APTT,FIB and PLT,it is better than aspirin enteric-coated tablets.It shows that the method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis can improve the coagulation and fibrinolysis,so as to treat the pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state effectively.(3)The method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis for prevention and treatment before pregnancy has a positive effect on the success of fetal preservation in the next pregnancy,it has no obvious toxic or side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
