Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Bushen Prescription Combined With Aspirin In Pre-pregnancy Intervention Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Prethrombotic State

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Bushen Prescription combined with Aspirin in the pre-conception intervention of recurrent spontaneous abortion combined with prethrombotic state,and discusses its mechanism of action,summarizes the treatment experience of the instructors,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pre-thrombotic status of recurrent spontaneous abortion who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.According to the randomization principle,30 cases each were divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group was orally treated with Aspirin alone,and the treatment group was orally treated with Huoxue Bushen Prescription combined with Aspirin.The treatment was started 3 months before the planned pregnancy test,with 1 course of treatment in 1 menstrual cycle and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,self-rating anxiety and self-rating depression scale scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The changes of coagulation-related indexes D-D,APTT,PT,TT,serum HCY,and uterine artery blood flow parameters PI and RI before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.SPSS 23.0 for statistical treatment.Results:1 Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% after 3 courses of treatment,which was significantly better compared to 70%in the control group,P< 0.05,showing that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was more significant.2 Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Before and after treatment in the two groups,TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than before,all P < 0.05,indicating that both groups could improve TCM syndrome scores after treatment.After treatment,P <0.05 between the two groups indicated better efficacy of the treatment group in improving TCM symptom scores.3 Comparison of relevant coagulation indicators: Before and after treatment in the two groups,D-D was significantly decreased,and PT,APTT and TT were significantly prolonged,all P < 0.05,indicating that coagulation related indexes in the two groups could be improved after treatment.After treatment,there were significant differences in D-D,PT and APTT between the two groups,all P < 0.05,indicating superior efficacy in improving D-D,PT and APTT levels in the treatment group compared to the control group.the TT level of the two groups was compared,P > 0.05,indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in improving TT level.4 Comparison of serum HCY: Before and after treatment in the two groups,serum HCY was significantly lower than before,all P < 0.05,indicating that serum HCY in the two groups could be improved after treatment.Compared between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05 indicated that there was a noticeable difference in serum HCY between the two groups after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group.5 Comparison of uterine artery blood flow parameters RI and PI: before and after treatment in the two groups,both RI and PI were lower than before,P < 0.05,indicating that uterine artery blood flow parameters in the two groups could be improved after treatment.Compared between the two groups after treatment,all P < 0.05,indicating that the uterine artery blood flow parameters RI and PI were significantly different between the two groups after treatment,and the effect of Huoxue Bushen Prescription combined with Aspirin was better than that of Aspirin alone.6 Comparison of SAS and SDS scores: before and after treatment,SAS and SDS were significantly lower than before,P <0.05,indicating that both Huoxue Bushen Prescription combined with Aspirin and Aspirin alone could improve anxiety and depression.When compared between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that there is a difference in the therapeutic effect of the two groups on SAS and SDS.It can be seen that the combination of Huoxue Bushen Prescription with Aspirin is more effective in regulating anxiety and depression compared with Aspirin alone.Conclusions:1 Compared with the use of Aspirin alone,the combination of Huoxue Bushen Prescription with Aspirin preconception intervention can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.2 Compared with the use of Aspirin alone,the combination of Huoxue Bushen Prescription and Aspirin preconception intervention can effectively improve the patient’s hypercoagulable state,reduce serum HCY and regulate uterine artery blood flow.3 Compared with the use of Aspirin alone,the combination of Huoxue Bushen Prescription with Aspirin preconception intervention can effectively alleviate the patient’s anxiety and depression.4 The combination of the Huoxue Bushen Prescription with Aspirin preconception intervention may be important in the treatment of patients with RSA combined with PTS after pregnancy,which needs to be verified by subsequent studies.
