The Clinical Research For Huatanjieyu Prescription In The Treatment Of Mild-to-moderate Depression Episodes(Syndrome Of Phlegmheat Disturbance)

Objective:To verify the Huatanjieyu prescription's treatment of mild-to-moderate depression(syndrome of phlegmheat disturbance) in clinical efficacy and safety through clinical observation.Methods:We use CCMD-3 version of depressive episode diagnostic criteria to determine the depression.We use the standard for syndrome differentiation of syndromes to determine syndromes.We selected 63 cases of patients which conform to the requirements in Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital neurology clinic from September 2015 to February 2016.With the method of the digital random table randomized,controlled trial,the cases divided into treatment group(Chinese traditional medicine group), others is control group(The western medicine group), a ratio of 2:1, the treatment group has 42 cases, control group has 21 cases.we lost 4 cases in the experiments. The treatment method for treatment group: Huatanjieyu prescription 200 ml each time, three times daily oral;control group: fluoxetine,20 mg each time, one time daily oral, course of 8 weeks.To evaluate the groups respectively before the medication, after the medication for 2 weeks,6 weeks, 4 weeks,8 weeks, including the observation of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and HAMD rating scale.To observe the drug safety index to assess drug safety before the medication and after the medication for eight weeks.Results:?Curative effect evaluation:for patients with mild-to-moderate depression(syndrome of phlegmheat disturbance),treatment group have 32 cases with effective and 7 cases with no effective,the total effective rate was 82.1%;while control group have 17 cases with effective and 3 cases with no effective,the total effective rate was 85%.Treatment group after treatment compared with before treatment have good curative effect (P=0.000).Control group after treatment compared with before treatment have good curative effect (P=0.000).But no obvious difference between two curative effect(P=0.775).?Compared two groups in depression related factors,treatment group in each point to improve the gastrointestinal symptoms, sleep disorder symptoms have obvious advantages(P< 0.05).?Improve the evaluation of syndromes:treatment group have 35 cases with effective and 4 cases with no effective,the total effective rate was 89.7%;while control group have 11 cases with effective and 9 cases with no effective.the total effective rate was 55%.The two groups have obvious difference in curative effect(P=0.020).The treatment group is better than the control group on Tranditional Chinese medicinal symptoms improve.?Safety observation:there are differences between treatment group and control group in incidence of adverse reactions (P=0.041), treatment group adverse reaction rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:Huatanjieyu prescription has obvious curative effect in the patients with mild-to-moderate depression with type (syndrome of phlegmheat disturbance), and no obvious adverse reactions.
