Non-inferiority Study Of Huatanjieyu Decoction On Anxiety And Depression With Coronary Heart Disease After PCI

Objective:To observe the effect of Huatanjieyu Decoction in the treatment of anxiety and depression with coronary heart disease after PCI, to provide reference for clinical treatment of patients with anxiety and depression after PCI, improve the quality of life of patients..Method:66 cases with, anxiety and depression after PCI were selected as research object, divided into Huatanjieyu Decoction group, Deanxit group, respectively treated with Huatanjieyu Decoction and Deanxit. Before and after treatment were given HAMA, HAMD, WHOQOL-BREF score. Through statistical analysis, to compare the statistically significant within and between groups before and after the treatment, and test the effect of Huatanjieyu Decoction on the disease is not worse than Deanxit.Result:1. After treatment, the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton Depression Scale score were lower than before,and the score difference was statistically significant before and after treatment (P<0.01).2. After treatment, The compare of Huatanjieyu Decoction group、Deanxit group in the HAMA and HAMD score showed no statistical significance (P> 0.05).3.The copare of the HAMA score reduction rate before and after the treatment, the effective rate of Huatanjieyu Decoction group was 93.55%, the effective rate of Deanxit group was 96.88%,between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05)。4. After treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF score were higher than before.The copare of the WHOQOL-BREF score before and after the treatment,in the physiological、psychological、 social relations、environment areas, there were Significant statistical significance between the groups (P<0.01).5.The WOHQOL-BREF score after treatment in the field of physiological、 psychological、social relations, groups differences no statistical significance (P>0.05); in the environmental field between groups differences have statistical significance (P<0.05).6. Before and after treatment,The Huatanjieyu Decoction group and the Deanxit group of HAMA, HAMD score of non inferiority test, Huatanjieyu Decoction group not worse than the Deanxit group (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Huatanjieyu Decoction can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms of anxiety and depression, and the curative effect is not worse than Deanxit.2. Huatanjieyu Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of the pacients with anxiety and depression after PCI.
