The Clinical Research Of HuangQi-GuiZhi-WuWu Prescription Treating Microcvascular Disturbance In Blood Obstacle Syndrome Patients

Objective: To evaluate influences of Chinese drug huangQi-GuiZhi-WuWu Prescription(HGWP) on the treatment of blood obstacle syndrome(BOS) in nail microcirculation disturbance and hemorheology ,exploring the role and mechanism of HGWP in treating microcirculation disturbance(MD) ,and discussing the role and status Yin-Wei theory in bian-zhi MD.Methods: The changes of main symptoms , nail microcirculation disturbance , hemorheology on 40 BOS pattents with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis were observed, which were compared to the patients before treatment. As control group, 20 cases were treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Results: The level of hemorheology and hemo-grease was decreased significantly in the patients . HGWP could improve main symptoms and indexes of nail MD .The differents were very significant comparing with control group.Conclusion: HGWP could improve indexes of nail MD patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stasis, enhancing blood velocity ,reducing blood dense degree, separating thrombus, receding hemo-grease. The research shows that regulating Ying-Wei was an one of effective measures in treating microcirculation disturbance.
