The Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Spleen And Heart In The Treatment Of Drug-induced Depression With Heart And Spleen Deficiency Syndromes

Purpose: In this article,We observed the efficacy and safety of Jian pi yang xin prescription which act on on the syndrome of xinpi liangxu of drug-induced depression,to determine the treatment group in the treatment of drug-induced depression of two is better than that of the control group,Provide a new therapeutic approach for treatment of drug-induced depression on the syndrome of xinpi liangxu.Method: In this clinical trial,72 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 36 cases in each group:The treatment group(Jianpi yangxin prescription)the control group(Fluoxetine).Fluoxetine(Eli Lilly and Company,batch number2090A),20mg/times,1times/day.Through the observation before and after the treatment of HAMD depression scale and SDS depression scale,social disability screening scale(SDSS),TCM syndrome of xinpi liangxu depression scale,to evaluate clinical efficacy of the drug-induced depression of drug-induced depression on the syndrome of xinpi liangxu.Through the observation of blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,electrocardiogram and liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,?-GT,ALP),renal function(BUN,Cr),four items of blood coagulation(PT,APTT,FIB,TT),blood glucose and adverse reaction,to analysis before and after treatment?treatment group and the control group curative effect.Result: 72 cases conforming to standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Statistical analysis of the two groups by HAMD depression scale and SDS depression scale,social disability screening scale(SDSS),TCM syndrome of xinpi liangxu depression scale.The results of the analysis are as follows:Two groups of patients in the HAMD depression scale,SDS depression scale,social disability screening scale(SDSS),TCM syndrome of xinpi liangxu depression scale,compared before and after treatment group the P value is lower than 0.05,there was significant difference in two groups before and after treatment;After treatment,the P value is lower than 0.05 between the two groups,indicating the significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: Jianpi Yangxin prescription can significantly improve drug-induced depression of xinpi liangxu syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms and syndromes ofTraditional Chinese Medicine and there is no obvious toxic side effects and adverse reactions.
