The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Pelvic Pain Caused By Endometriosis Of Accumulation Of Dampness Heat And Blood Stasis With "NeiYi KangFu Tablet"

Objective:This study is aimed to evaluate the efficacy of NeiYi KangFu Tablet in treating pelvic pain caused by pattern syndrome of dampness heat and blood stasis of Endometriosis(EMT), by comparing with gestrinone, and to provide effective treatment method and clinical evidence for pelvic pain caused by this disease.Methods:72 EMT patients, which diagnosed as syndrome of dampness heat and blood stasis, were randomly divided into Test Group (TG) or Control Group (CG) equally. TG was treated with NeiYi KangFu Tablet, while CG with gestrinone for 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs were observed and effectiveness and security related dates were assessed of the two groups both before and after treatment.Results:(1) single symptom curative effect:In the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts, The difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the curative effects in CG on treating ovarian chocolate cysts was superior to that of TG. In the aspect of reducing CA-125 levels, which is closely associated with EMT, the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), and the curative effects in TG on reducing CA-125 levels was similar to that of CG. In the improvement of life quality in EMT patients, The difference was statistically significant in the same group both before and after treatment(P<0.05). Two groups of patients'life quality were improved.(2)Primary syndrome curative effect:The total effective rate in TG was 91.5%, while for TG 88.6%.The difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05), and the curative effect in TG on improving primary syndrome was similar to that of CG.(3)Symptoms curative effect of TCM:the total effective cure rate in TG was 88.6%; while for TG was 60.0%.The difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the curative effects in TG on improving symptoms curative effect of TCM was superior to that of CG.(4) local physical signs curative effect:for the TG, the total effective rate was 88.6%, while for CG was 85.7%.The difference was statistically significant in the same group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), and the curative effect in test group on improving local physical signs was similar to that of CG.(5) Comprehensive curative effect:For the TG, the total efficiency rate was 88.6%; While for CG was 80.0%.The difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The curative effect in TG on improving comprehensive curative effect was superior to that of CG. (6) Safety analysis:during the test, there were two cases of adverse event in CG, which had relation with drugs. There was no adverse event in TG, and its clinical application was safety.Conclusion:(1)In terms of treating pelvic pain caused by EMT, reducing serum CA-125 levels, improving local physical signs and improving of quality of life in EMT patients, TG were similar to those of CG; (2) In terms of improving symptoms curative effect of TCM and comprehensive curative effect of Endometriosis (syndrome of dampness heat and blood stasis), test group were superior to those of CG; (3)NeiYi KangFu Tablet was effectively worked for the pattern syndrome of dampness heat and blood stasis of EMT, it is safe and convenient in clinical application and worthy of clinical promotion.
