The Clinical Study Of Invigorating The Kidney And Resolving Phlegm Blood Stasis And Relieving Pain By Periodic Treatment Of Pelvic Pain Of Endometriosis

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of Phlegm and blood stasis、analgesic legislation Huayu Xiaozheng decoction with replenishing essence legislation tokidney Bushen Yangjing Decoction cycle treatment of pelvic pain of endometriosis，and byobserving the effect of the method on patients with biochemical indexes before and aftertreatment，to explore the mechanism of pelvic pain of endometriosis.Methods:60patients with pelvic pain of endometriosis were randomly divided intotwo groups，the treatment group of30cases，be Huayu Xiaozheng decoction and kidneyessence soup treatment cycle；A control group of30cases，be capsule Sanjie analgesictherapy。To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms, signs of two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment。And two groups of patients were measured the pelvic volume、EmAb、CA-125，And the change of blood rheology indexes.Results: Clinical effect of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction and Bushen YangjingDecoction Treatment of pelvic pain of endometriosis period the total efficiency was93.33%,66.67%in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P <0.05). The efficacy of TCM syndrome, treatment group total effectiveness is93.33%,70%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Aftertreatment, two groups of TCM symptom score lower than before treatment, the differencewas significant (P <0.01), there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Laboratory test results show that:endometriosis patients had immune dysfunctionand abnormal blood rheology, serum CA-125level before treatment patients, the positive rate of EmAb was gnificantly increased; after treatment, the patients in the treatment group,the positive rate of serum CA-125levels in EmAb were significantly lower, compared withthe control group, there was significant difference (P<0.01，P<0.05).Conclusions: Huayu Xiaozheng decoction and kidney essence soup cycle therapy canimprove the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, has good clinical curative effect onkidney deficiency phlegm stasis endometriosis pelvic pain; the role of the mechanism maybe through the improvement of the status of patients with blood stasis, regulating immunefunction disorder for therapeutic purposes.
