Objective:According to the clinical research for decades of professor Wei Shaobin,she sees a good curative effect by expelling dampness and dissipating blood stasis to Treating Adenomyosis.On this basis.Give the tutor self-made decoction,Neiyikangfupian and fu anning suppository rectal to treating three months to evaluate the effect of Pamp-Heat Stasis pattern Endometriosis and Adenomyosis by expelling dampness and dissipating blood stasis by the changs of symptoms and detection index.Methods:To selected the diagnosis of Pamp-Heat stasis pattern endometriosis and adenomyosis,and patients who met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were 71 cases.According to the type of disease,the patients were divided into endometriosis group,adenomyosis groupadenomyosis with adenomyosis group.Continuous medication for 3 months,Two day one does,Three times a day,and 4 tablets of the Neiyikangfupian at non menstrual period.And fu anning suppository rectal to treating,sooner or later each time,each taking one tablet at Non menstrual period.evaluation of the symptoms of abdominal pain,abnormal menstruation,TCM symptom before and after scores,CA125 values and the ultrasound results,to evaluate therapeutic effect.Results:(1)The effect of Analgesic:Dysmenorrhea was significantly improved with this treatment,The total effective rate was 90.14%.The pelvicpain score(VAS score)is obviously better than before treatmen,there were significant differences(P<0.01).Pelvic pain score decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)(2)The effect of menstruation:menorrhagia,menstrual color and texture scores both have a extremely significant difference after treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.01).(3)The effect of TCM syndromes:TCM syndrome significantly improved after treatment,the total effective rate was 95.77%.After treatment can significantly improve the abdominal pain,menstrual pain duration of pain,pain during intercourse,persistent pelvic pain,anus pain,fixed pain,menorrhagia,the color dark red blood clot and main symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);menostaxis,two abnormal compared with the treatment of abnormal vaginal discharge in order after treatment significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)after the treatment,CA125 levels were significantly decreased in treatment,here were significant differences(P<0.05).(5)Gynecological ultrasound:after the treatment of the volume of uterine or endometriosis was not significantly improved,no significant difference(P>0.05).(6)Comparison between the Three groups patients of endometriosis,adenomyosis and endometriosis with adenomyosis in the difference of pelvic pain score(VAS score),TCM symptoms score,CA125 levels,the volume of uterine or endometriosisat at before and atter treatment was not significantly improved,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of expelling dampness and dissipating lood stasis had a significant curative effect in the way of relieved pelvic pain,reduced menstrual volume,shortened the prolonged bleeding.the symptoms about Pamp-Heat stasis pattern and CA125 values is better than before treatment.But in the volume of uterine or endometriosis was not significantly improved after the treatment.We need to is prolonged therapy to assessment thecurative effect in the future.The results showed that this treatment had a significant curative effect of the endometriosis and adenomyosis.
