The Curative Effect Observation Of Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Granule In Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain Of Endometriosis With Cold Coagulation And Biood Stasis

Objective:In recent years,it has been found that the nu mber of patients with chronic pelvic pain as the main complai nt of endometriosis has been increasing year by year.Combin ed with the regional characteristics,it has been found that th e TCM syndrome type is mainly cold coagulation and blood st asis.There are many methods to treat the disease in modern medicine,but all of them have certain limitations,especially for the women who are required to conceive,the trauma of su rgery and the side effects of hormone drugs are unavoidable Endometriosis is prone to relapse.Therefore,traditional Chine se medicine treatment is a better choice for patients.Accordin g to the clinical experience for many years,the tutor created the prescription,Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong granules,which c an be used to treat this disease,and can obtain good analgesi c treatment effectMethods:In this study,all the clinical cases were selecte d from the patients who went to Gynecology Clinic No.1 of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019.Th ere were 70 patients.They were diagnosed with endometriosisThe clinical manifestations of the patients were mainly chro nic pelvic pain and consistent with TCM cold coagulation and blood stasis.According to the principle of randomized contro lled trials,all the clinical cases were divided into a treatmen t group and a control group.There are 35 people in each gro up.The patients in the treatment group took Guixi ang Wenjin g Zhitong granules.The patients in the control group took ge strinone.By observing and comparing the TCM syndrome scor e,chronic pelvic pain VAS score and endometriosis quality of life score between the two groups after 3 courses of treatme nt,the clinical efficacy of Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong granule was evaluatedResults1.There were no statistical differences in age,disease co urse,education level,VAS pain score,TCM syndrome score a nd endometriosis quality of life score between the two groups before treatment,(P>0.05).This indicated that the treatment group is comparable to the control group2.In terms of VAS pain score,TCM syndrome score,endo metriosis quality of life score,the treatment group compared itself after treatment with itself before treatment,and the con trol group compared itself after treatment with itself before tr eatment,there are statistical significances(P<0.05).This ind icated that Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong granule and gestrinone c an cure the chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis,tre at traditional Chinese medicine symptom,and enhance the qua lity of life3.In terms of the quality of life of endometriosis,compa rison between the treatment group and the control group after the end of treatment,was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).Thi s indicated that Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong granule had a bette r effect on improving the quality of life of patients than gest erone.In terms of VAS score of chronic pelvic pain and TCM syndrome score,there were significant differences between th e two groups after treatment(P<0.05),showing statistical sign ificance.In terms of improving chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis,the total effective rate was 91.17%in the trea tment group and 8 1.8 1%in the control group,P<0.0 5,which was statistically significant.This indicated that Guixiang Wenj ing Zhitong granule could better cure chronic pelvic pain caus ed by endometriosis than gestotrienone.In the treatment of T CM symptoms,the total effective rate was 94.12%in the trea tment group and 7 8.79%in the control group,indicating that Guixiang Wenj ing Zhitong granule has more advantages than g esterone in improving TCM symptomsConclusion:1.Guixiang Wenj ing Zhitong granules and gestrienone can relieve the chronic pelvic pain of cold coagulation and blood stasis endometriosis,improve the TCM syndrome of the disea se,and improve the quality of life of patients2.In terms of relieving chronic pelvic pain,improving T CM syndromes and quality of life,Guixiang Wenj ing Zhitong granules is superior to gestrienone3.In terms of improving the quality of life of patients with endometriosis,Guixiang Wenj ing Zhitong granules is supe rior to gestrienone in the treatment of cold coagulation and b lood stasis endometriosis.
