A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema (Piyunyure Card Type) By Using Zhiyangrunfu Decoction Combined With Binghuangfule Ointment

Research objective:To assess systematically the clinical curative effect, safety and the recurrence rate on the treatment of chronic eczema (Piyunyure card type) by using Zhiyangrunfu decoction prescribed on the basis of the rule of the "clearing fire and eliminating stasis, invigorating the spleen and driving out dampness".Provide a new treatment idea for the clinical treatment of chronic eczema.Research method:This study selected 60 patients with the inclusion criteria in the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group (30 cases) were treated with Zhiyangrunfu decoction, while the control group (30 cases) were treated with desloratadine dispersion tablets, meanwhile the two groups were both treated with Binghuangfule ointment wipe.Both group needed continuous treatment for 4 weeks and subsequent visit one times a week.Use spss21.0 software for data analysis and then make relevant Clinical judgment by comparing the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and recurrence rate.Research results:This study completed totally 58 clinical cases.The treatment group involved 29 cases, and there were 5 cases cured,9 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,6 cases invalid, and the total effective rate was 79.31%.While the control group involved 29 cases,2 cases cured,5 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,11 cases invalid, and the total effective rate was 62.07%. After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups in the total efficacy rate had statistical significance (P< 0.05), indicating that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. In improving the degree of itching, the difference of the efficacy between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05), indicating that the curative effect of both group was equal. In improve skin rash and body accompanied symptoms, the differencesbetween the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Comparing the recurrence rate in two groups of cured and markedly effective patients, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05), indicating that the effect of the treatment group in preventing relapse of chronic eczema was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Zhiyangrunfu decoction prescribed on the basis of the rule of the "clearing fire and eliminating stasis, invigorating the spleen and driving out dampness "could effectively improve the local and systemic symptoms of chronic eczema, and curative effect was better than the control group.Moreover the recurrence rate was low, and the safety was reliable without obvious adverse reactions.The decoction was worth widely using in clinic.
