Clinical Observation On Qi Deficiency And Dampness In Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 With The Therapy Of Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney And Eliminating The Turbid

Objectives: 1.Based on data mining and analysis of professor Wang Yaoguang’s medication rules for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-4,summarize the frequency of drug use,compatibility of drugs,and characteristics of prescriptions for patients with stage CKD 3-4 To provide effective prescriptions for the clinical treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Clinical research confirms the effectiveness of invigorating the Spleen and Kidney and eliminating the Turbid in treating CKD,in-depth discussion of the instructor’s legislative basis and medication characteristics,and provides science for clinical application of invigorating the Spleen and Kidney and eliminating the Turbid method in treating patients with CKD 3-4 in accordance with.Methods: 1.Collect 500 treatment prescriptions of CKD3-4 patients who were treated in the outpatient clinic of professor Wang Yaoguang,use complex network method to data mining,analyze the medication rules to summarize the characteristics of professor Wang Yaoguang’s treatment of CKD3-4.2.A total of 54 Patients with stage CKD3-4 in the outpatient department and ward of Director Wang Yaoguang of the First teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 27 patients each.All patients were treated with conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with a package.Aldehyde starch capsules,plus invigorating the Spleen and Kidney and eliminating the Turbid decoction in the treatment group,observe the clinical symptoms of the two groups after 12 weeks,and record the 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine routine,renal function,liver function and other indicators.Adverse reactions and adverse events were evaluated for safety,and a SPSS 22.0statistical software package was used to establish a database and perform statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the efficacy.Results: 1.A total of 500 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included in this study,involving 230 flavors of Chinese medicine,and the frequency of drug administration was7893 times.High-frequency medicines include tonic medicines(raw huangqi,stir-friedbaizhu),blood-activating and stasis-relieving medicines(danshen,Zelan,Wulingzhi),and damp-reducing medicines(Difuzi,Yinchen,Peilan),respectively,accounting for 10.14% of the total medicines,11.99% and 10.6%,of which the more specific classification of tonic medicine should be qi-enhancing medicine;the core prescriptions are raw huangqi,fried baizhu,Tufuling,Yinchen,Wulingzhi,Puhuangtan,Difuzi,Zelan,Danshen;the main compatible Zhifuzi-Pugongying,Zhuru-Mipibaye,Tubiechong-Dilong-Chantui-Dahuangtan;the secondary compatibility drugs include Jinyingzi-qianshi,Jiaoshanzha-Gegen,Jiaobinlang-shudahuang-yuliren-shengbaizhu,Chenpi-Banxia,Shayuanzi-Jiuhuangjing-Fupenzi-Shiliupi-Shanyao.2.TCM symptoms and laboratory indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment,but the treatment group was more significant than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the method of strengthening the spleen and strengthening kidney and removing turbidity can improve CKD3-patients in stage 4 had fatigue,fatigue,lumbar soreness,edema of the extremities,and lack of appetite,and no adverse events occurred,protecting renal function and delaying the progression of CKD.Conclusions: 1.After data mining,professor Wang Yaoguang’s treatment of patients with stage CKD3-4 showed that his core prescriptions were raw huangqi,fried baizhu,Tufuling,Yinchen,Wulingzhi,Puhuangtan,Difuzi,Zelan,Danshen.Based on the test evidence,it is concluded that professor Wang Yaoguang used the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,that is,the deficiency of the spleen and kidney qi,and that the stasis,water dampness,and toxic toxicity are the basic etiology and pathogenesis of CKD3-4.The general rules of strengthening the spleen,removing blood stasis,removing dampness,and removing turbidity.2.The method of strengthening the spleen and strengthening the kidney and removing turbidity is effective in treating patients with CKD3-4 with qi deficiency,dampness,and turbidity.When formulating a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine should be used to maximize the clinical effect,delay the disease progression,and improve the quality of life of patients.
