Based On The Internet Of Things Of Chinese And Western Medicine Combined With Psychological Nursing In The Elderly With Type 2 Diabetes Of Applied Research

[Objectives]1.The idea was based on Internet of things technology, which put psychological nursing as the breakthrough pointAccording to the elderly with type 2 diabetes the personality characteristics and common features of the group,to explore a set of advanced and feasible,and easy to promotion, characteristic, economic applicable psychological nursing plan.This plan combined with Chinese and western medicine with elderly diabetes mellitus.2.To Strengthen the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine nursing programs application in the elderly with type 2 diabetes research,improve the mental health status of the elderly diabetes,enhance their confidence in conquering disease, improve the management ability and treatment compliance of diabetes,reduce blood sugar fluctuation,which can maximum limit to prevent and delay the occurrence of complications.so as to improve the quality of life for senior citizens and improve the quality of pension.Meanwhile,it carry forward and develop Chinese medicine characteristic psychological aftercare,enrich and expand the content of the psychological nursing.[Methods]Under the randomized, parallel-group design,80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can be divided into trial group and control group.Each group was 40 cases.According to their own condition needs of the both groups, to provide regular treatment and nursing.Experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment nursing implemented the Chinese and western medicine,which combined with psychological aftercare.According to the old man activity ability, interests, safety, care, treatment,need,etc,to make the respectively regulating community intervention and individualized instruction.Intervention time is 6 months.The major investigation and evaluation questionnaire were specificity of Diabetes Quality of Life Scale (Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale, DSQL) (see appendix 2), Symptom self-assessment Scale (SCL-90) (see annex 3), GlycosylatedHemoglob (HbAlc), fasting blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, blood lipid and so on.All data of the statistical analysis used statistical software SPSS21.0.[Results]1.The baseline data included two groups of gender,age,marital status,educational level,income,hobby,treatment,duration of diabetes,complications and so on which has not statistical significance (P> 0.05). Before intervention, specificity of diabetes quality of life scale, symptom self-assessment scale, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood glucose,blood lipid (total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), low density lipoprotein) of the both groups weren't statistical significance (P> 0.05).so the two groups can be comparable.2.Comparing the between experimental group and control group of the specific scale total score and each dimension score, quality of life, SCL-90 total score and each dimension score, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, blood lipid (HDL) after the intervention which had significant differences (P< 0.01).while,blood lipid of both groups that wasn't statistically significant difference comparison(P> 0.05). So the chinese and western medicine combined with psychological nursing intervention plan with regular care for elderly patients of type 2 diabetes had differences.3.Before and after the intervention group comparison:experimental group through the implementation of Chinese and western medicine combined with psychological nursing program in survival quality specificity scale total score,each dimension score (except social relationship dimension),SCL-90 total score,each dimension score, biochemical indicators (HbA1C,fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial blood sugar,high density lipoprotein cholesterol) had significant difference (P< 0.01).And control the quality of life of specific scale total score,each dimension score,SCL-90 total score,each dimension score,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and blood lipid wasn't statistical significance (P> 0.05).[Conclusions]1.The two groups after implementing different intervention,experimental group of the specificity of diabetes quality of life scale total score,each dimension score,SCL-90 total score,each dimension score,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose were lower than the control group.lt show that the experimental group can improve patients'clinical symptoms and reduce the patients survival quality specificity rating scale.So the psychological care scheme of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the quality of the life of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, delay the occurrence of complications and improve the clinical curative effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.2.Combining the traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing plan can improve the old patients with type 2 diabetes of negative emotions,enhance the mental health level, ameliorate the bad symptoms of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. The bad symptoms contain the body sex, force symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, terror, depression, paranoid and psychotic symptoms.3.By applying the Chinese and western medicine combined with psychological nursing program in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, which can effectively improve the mental health status,enhance their confidence in conquering disease, improve the management ability and treatment compliance of diabetes, reduce blood sugar fluctuation.lt maximum limit to prevent and delay the occurrence of complications.So as to improve the quality of life for senior citizens, improve the quality of pension.At the same time, it carry forward and develop Chinese medicine characteristic psychological aftercare, enrich and expand the content of the psychological nursing.
