Clinical Study On Intensive Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosed Recently In TCM Combined With Western Medicine

Objective: To find the intensive treating way in TCM combined with western medicine , which is new and effective for the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recentlyMethods: According to diagnosis standards, Chinese medicine symptom Dialectical standards and elimination standards, 40 cases were selected, and they are divided into 2 groups at random. On the basis of diet, sport, psychological regulation ,et al. A group is intensive treating group ( observation group) in TCM combined with western medicine, which includes 20 cases. A group was selected the basic therapy and insulin pump intensive treatment combined with tutor's prescription " adjusting sugar No. I "; B group is intensive treating group ( control group) in insulin pump , which includes 20 cases. B group was selected the basic therapy and insulin pump intensive treatment. Then observed FPG and 2HPG, the Hypoglycemia incidence, the stability of blood sugar, insulin sensitive index ( IAI) and Homa model HomaIR , et al. before and after treatment.Results: Treating 2 weeks later, FPG and 2HPG, IAI and HomaIR in the both groups were notably improved ( P< 0.01) before and after treatment; The observation group compared with the control group , the difference of the Hypoglycemia incidence, the stability of blood sugar, IAI and HomaIR is significant (P< 0.01 and P < 0.05 ); But the difference of FPG and 2HPG in two groups is not significant. The observation group didn't occur side effects before and after treatment.Conclusion: the therapy of intensive treating type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed recently in TCM combined with western medicine can reduce FPG and 2HPG,improve insulin resistance and the stability of blood sugar, the effect of observation group is better than...
