Purpose：To study the Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical nursingpathway in the application result in elderly patients with femoral fracture，establish andgradually improve nursing mode suitable for elderly patients with femoral fracture，in order toimprove the quality of care in elderly patients with femoral fracture。Method：Will be included in the standard of25cases were randomly divided intoresearch group and control group in25cases，patients of research group according to the"femoral fractures combine traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical nursing pathform" of nursing，according to the traditional method of nursing in patients with controlgroup，compared two groups of patients the total days in hospital，the hospital total cost，postoperative complications and health education awareness，patient satisfaction, symptomself-assessment scale (SCL-90)，using SPSS16.0statistical software for data processing andstatistical analysis，p<0.05for the difference is statistically significant。Result：The total number of days in hospital，the hospital total cost，the incidence ofpostoperative complications，the research group is lower than the control group，p<0.05，thedifference is statistically significant；In terms of health education awareness and hospitalizedpatients’ satisfaction，research group was higher than the control group，p<0.05，the differenceis statistically significant；Analysis of two groups of patients with SCL-90score，researchgroup patients of interpersonal sensitivity、depression、anxiety and fear are lower than thecontrol group，and other aspects (mainly diet and improve sleep) is superior to the controlgroup。Conclusion：By the implementation of combining Chinese and western medicine clinicalnursing path can make the maximum number of elderly patients with femoral fracture surgeryin hospital，the hospital total cost，the incidence of postoperative complications，patientsperioperative adverse psychological reaction happening down，also can improve the healtheducation of patients with awareness and patient satisfaction。...
