With the degree of care for the healthcare industry,higher and higher,health personnel in terms of quality and quantity are not enough to meet the needs,in response,Beijing issued the corresponding personnel training programs,This paper discusses the path of young personnel training plan,understand the situation and problem and make recommendations.In this paper,on the one hand through surveys collect data,then use descriptive analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis found:in terms of basic information: on gender composition men than women;assistant high titles and high title was essentially flat;Aged mainly between 40-44 years of age;Dr.degree accounted for the main part;focus on clinical as the main task.Important factors: the front of the four factors are related to the promotion.In understanding and attitudes:young talent is very concerned about health research,but difficult to apply the subject;youth health professionals expect more clinical practice and teaching skills training;they believe that the most effective way to cultivate talent is talent project;low pay dampen the enthusiasm of youth and health professionals;continuing education targeted not enough,pro forma;more support experts to serve as executive positions;the current evaluation mechanism is relatively fair,personnel training satisfaction be improved.These factors important youth health personnel,can use the new common factors to explain: clinical,teaching and management talent,attitude and learning,research,language and academic exchanges.Ability to save the patient and other factors have significant correlation with fair assessment,participation in the administrative and other factors has significantly correlation with personnel satisfaction.On the other hand,collecting written material by semi-structured interviews,and then use a text analysis found: Youth health professionals is a major force in scientific research,but lack of time,the quality is not well;lack of clinical experience,communication skills,interdisciplinary knowledge,instrument advances decreased ability to make clinical,clinical capacity can not be evaluated,not taken seriously;few opportunities to participate in train,their lack of experience;the changes of status affecting enthusiasm;social changes to young personnel have a negative impact;train for a long time,physical pressure;job classification is unreasonable;Humanities Knowledge Learning is not active;continuing education pro forma.Beijing has taken this approach:scientific research award,financial support and project applying support;conduct clinical aspects departments rotation,expert consultation and academic exchanges;teaching practice within the department.Comprehensive text analysis and quantitative research findings,suggestions of Beijing Youth health personnel training as follows:give more guidance in terms of scientific research and rational treatment research;give sufficient clinical practice and further study opportunities,and change the clinical assessment methods;to carry out teaching skills training;introducing personnel training project;selection of personnel abroad to visiting;increase treatment in appropriate;reasonable arrangements for the training task;research,clinical and teaching should be balanced;moderately recognized administration;pay attention to cultural knowledge and communication skills.
