Hospital is a highly intensive knowledge and technology units,it shoulder "medical,teaching,scientific research" and other duties.Hospital only do a good job of clinical medical work is not enough,we must have a strong scientific research and teaching strength to support it.At present,the hospital attention to the introduction of talent gradually increased,but the introduction of "pay attention to the clinical and ignore research" phenomenon still exists.The introduction of full-time scientific research personnel in hospitals is insufficient and the quality is not high,which seriously restricts the overall strength of the hospital.Strengthening the introduction of full time scientific research personnel in hospitals is of great significance in strengthening the ability of clinical services,promoting the development of academic disciplines and promoting the level of scientific research.In this study,the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University as an example,through the analysis of the present situation of the introduction to the professional scientific research personnel and the existing problems,mechanism and its effect on their professional scientific research personnel of the introduction of an evaluation,so as to provide reference for other comprehensive hospital full-time research talent introduction and mechanism construction.Based on the hospital professional scientific research personnel recruitment system as the research subject,using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,mainly analyzes from the following aspects: first,collect relevant information through on-the-spot investigation,methods to analyze the current situation of professional scientific research personnel of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University by using descriptive statistical analysis;secondly,through the method of interview analysis the problems and reasons,and combining with the analysis of existing problems and improvement of hospital professional scientific research personnel recruitment system;at the end of the full-time research talent introduction implementation effect evaluation mechanism in many aspects.The results of the study show that before the implementation of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University full-time research talent introduction mechanism(before 2013)it has problems such as hospital scientific research talent shortage,low level of research talent,lack of attention,lack of talent planning,follow-up management insufficient;the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University full-time research talent introduction mechanism(2013)effect on hospital personnel development is obvious,the structure after the introduction of professional scientific research personnel are more reasonable than the original;full-time scientific research personnel in the quantity and quality of the project and SCI;professional scientific research personnel,clinical professionals and hospital management personnel three people satisfaction mechanism on talents introduction are higher.Through analysis and study of mechanism of the introduction of green hospital professional scientific research personnel,the construction of the green hospital full-time research talent introduction mechanism structure more reasonable and clear division of functions,the introduction of process and operation mechanism is perfect,a reference for the hospital to carry out other full-time research talent introduction work.
