| Objective: Take the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in kidney-deficiency as clinical research object,compare the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients treated by the low frequency electroacupuncture+Chinese herbs,high frequency electroac upuncture+Chinese herbs and Chinese herbs,and provide the best practical basis for the treatment.Methods: 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the random number table.20 cases in the Chinese herbs group were treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction;40 cases in the treatment group,of which the treatment group A 20 cases,taking Bushen Huoxue Decoction and treaded by low frequency electroacupuncture(frequency 2HZ);the treatment group B 20 cases were treated by Bushen Huoxue Decoction and high frequency electroacupuncture(50HZ);The treatment groups acupuncture points select:Qihai,Guan Yuan,Dahe(double),uterus(double),Xuehai(double),Zusanli(double),Fenglong(double),Sanyi njiao(double),Taichong(double),Hegu(double)and Shenshu(double),Ciliao(double)by acupuncture,and connected with electroacupuncture,continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,then compared the three groups before and after treatment the improvement of clinical manifestation and follicle stimulating hormone(FS H)and luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),body mass and body mass index(BMI)and other indicators of change,and evaluate the clinical effect of the three groups of patients,use the SPSS statistical software to analyze and compare the relevant indicators.Results:(1)The curerate of the treatment group A was 20%,the total effective rate was 90%;the cure rate of the treatment group B was 15%,and the total effective rate was 85%;The cure rate of the Chinses herbs group was 5%,the total effective rate was 70%.The curative effect of the treatment groups were better than that of the Chinses herbs group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Serum sex hormone levels:the three groups after treatment,serum LH,LH/FSH,T values were significantly decreased,before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in FSH and E2 before and after treatment(P>0.05);Compared with the Chinses herbs group,the LH,LH/FSH and T values of the treatment group A and B were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);Two compared with the treatment group,after treatment LH,L H/FSH,the treatment group A than the treatment group B decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the T lever of the treatment group B was lower than that of the treatment group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Body weight and BMI comparison:after treatment:three groups of patients with body mass and BMI decreased,the treatment group A,treatment group B were compared with the control group,body mass,BMI before and after the difference was statisticall y significant(P<0.05);Two compared with the treatment group,the difference of body weight and BMI before and after treatment,the treatment group B was higher than that in the treatment group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conlusions:(1)Electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on kidney deficiency type PCOS was better than that of Chinese herbs group.(2)Electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbs can reduce obesity related index.Treatment group A and treatment group B body weight and BMI were significantly decreased,compared with the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese herbs can significantly improve the content of sex hormone.The LH,LH/FSH and T values of the treatment group A and treatment group B were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Different frequencies of electroacupuncture have different effects:the experiment in terms of sex hormones such as LH,LH/FSH improved,low frequency electroacupuncture is better than high frequency electroacupuncture;high frequency electroacup uncture than low frequency electroacupuncture can better regulate sex hormone T and obesity related index?... |
