| 1.BackgroundPolycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disorder syndrome in adolescents and women of childbearing age.One of the main clinical symptoms is obesity,and obesity is mainly manifested as abdominal obesity.Abdominal obesity is not only a common symptom of PCOS,but also a common cause of PCOS,and the main cause of menstrual disorders in patients with PCOS.Obesity PCOS is a clinically common disease,and its condition often develops progressively,affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.At present,there is no cure method,and the recurrence rate after treatment is high,for patients and their families.The quality of life has a serious impact.2.ObjectiveThe effects of 2Hz and 2/100Hz electroacupuncture on the efficacy of obesity PCOS acupuncture were evaluated by comparing the levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),obesity-related indicators,quality of life and mood improvement in the two groups.To provide a reference for the clinical selection of the frequency of obesity PCOS electroacupuncture.3.research methodsExperimental methods:Among the patients in the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic of the Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,30 patients with obese PCOS who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion were enrolled.A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the two groups before and after treatment.Case.Treatment:30 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The meridian syndrome was the main method.The Tongzhiji pulse was used to select bilateral Shenshu,Citrus,Diaphragm,Tianshu,Daheng,Guilai,Foot Pro,and outside.Guan,Fenglong and Zhongmu,Zhongji for acupuncture treatment,according to the acupoint selection needle and acupuncture depth.The patient was placed in the prone position to take a spur of the lumbosacral region,without a needle,and turned to the supine position to take the abdomen and the distal axillary point.After acupuncture is obtained,the bilateral side is connected with the negative electrode of the electroacupuncture,and the bilateral side is connected to the positive pole.The Indy brand pulse acupuncture treatment instrument is connected to each other.The frequency of the first group is 2Hz,the frequency of the second group.For2/100 Hz,the intensity of the electroacupuncture is such that the patient's abdominal muscles have a rhythmic contraction or a slight tremor of the needle handle,leaving the needle for 20 minutes.It is treated three times a week for three months.Evaluation index:The serum AMH level was collected before and after treatment.The obesity related indexes such as body weight,waist circumference and hip circumference were measured before and after treatment.The health-related quality of life questionnaire(Chi-PCOSQ)and Zung depression scale of the polycystic ovary syndrome were performed.The Zung anxiety scale was scored,and the effects of 2Hz and 2/100 Hz electroacupuncture on the efficacy of obese PCOS acupuncture were evaluated based on the results.All data were statistically analyzed using statistical software SPSS 20.0.4.ResultsIn this study,30 patients with obese PCOS who met the inclusion criteria were included.All patients had good compliance and completed acupuncture treatment and observation indicators on time.There were no cases of rejection or shedding,and no obvious adverse reactions.4.1 Comparison of parameters before and after treatment in group 1(2Hz group)and frequency 2 group(2/100Hz group)4.1.1 Analysis and comparison of AMH levels before and after treatment in frequency group 1(2 Hz group)and frequency group 2(2/100 Hz group),AMH treatment after treatment with acupuncture plus pulse acupuncture plus 2 Hz or 2/100 Hz The front was significantly decreased(P<0.05).4.1.2 Analysis and comparison of obesity-related indicators in frequency group 1(2Hz group)and frequency group 2(2/100Hz group)before and after treatment,weight and waist circumference after treatment with pulsed acupuncture plus needle 2Hz or 2/100Hz The hip circumference,BMI and WHR were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).4.1.3 Analyze and compare the scores of Chi-PCOSQ in the frequency group 1(2Hz group)before and after treatment.After the treatment with acupuncture plus acupuncture plus 2Hz,the patient has hairy,acne,body mass,infertility and emotion.The seven dimensions of menstrual symptoms and menstrual predictive symptoms were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The Chi-PCOSQ scores of the two groups before and after treatment in the frequency group 2(2/100 Hz group)were analyzed and compared.The patients were treated with the acupuncture plus acupuncture plus 2/100 Hz.The acne dimension was compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).),statistically significant.There were no significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.1.4 Analyze and compare the Zung anxiety and Zung depression scale scores before and after treatment in the frequency 1 group(2 Hz group)and the frequency 2 group(2/100 Hz group),and pass the needle acupuncture plus needle 2Hz or 2/.The anxiety score and depression score of patients after 100Hz treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).4.2 Comparison of the efficacy of group 1 and group 24.2.1 There was no significant difference between the comparison frequency group 1(2 Hz)before and after treatment and the frequency 2 group(2/100 Hz)before and after treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that the frequency of electroacupuncture treatment of obese PCOS does not affect serum AMH.The frequency of electroacupuncture treatment of obese PCOS has no effect on the treatment of obese PCOS.4.2.2 Comparing the differences between the frequency 1 and 2 groups before and after treatment,the difference of body weight,waist circumference difference,hip circumference difference,BMI difference and WHR were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.2.3 Statistical analysis of Chi-PCOSQ scores,Zung Depression Scale,and Zung Anxiety Scale scores after treatment in the frequency 1 group and the frequency 2 group.Hairy,acne,weight,infertility,and emotion between the two groups.There were no significant differences in menstrual symptoms,predictive menstrual symptoms,Zung depression,and Zung anxiety scores(P>0.05).5.ConclusionsAfter electroacupuncture treatment,serum AMH levels and obesity-related indicators(body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio)were reduced compared with the group.Acupuncture plus electroacupuncture treatment can improve obesity PCOS ovarian function and reduce weight However,there is no improvement in the patient's psychological stress.2Hz and 2/100Hz had no difference in serum AMH level,body weight and psychological factors in obese PCOS patients.There was no significant difference between the two electroacupuncture frequencies for acupuncture efficacy of obese PCOS. |
