The Treatment Of Electroacupuncture With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Artificial Cycle Therapy:A Clinical Randomized Controlled Study

Research purposes: On the basis of conventional drug therapy,the effect of electroacupuncture on the improvement of ovulation disorders in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)was observed.Research methods:By adopting the method randomized controlled clinical trials will be included in the standard 72 PCOS patients,randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with clomiphene group)and control group(western drug clomiphene group),each group of 36 cases.In the control group,oral conventional western drug clomiphene was taken orally from the fifth day of the menstrual bleeding,with a daily dose of 50 mg,and a course of 5 days for 3 courses of treatment.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the oral western drug clomiphene.The treatment was performed for 30 minutes at a time,three times a week,and three consecutive menstrual cycles.Mainly observed in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with PCOS ovarian volume size,follicle diameter size and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Research results:1.Manual statistics and related informationThe baseline data of the two groups were consistent with the baseline data of age,course of disease,ultrasound monitoring,serum sex hormone index,etc.(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The effects of two treatment regimens on the indicators of PCOS patient B hypermonitoringComparison in the group: both the treatment group and the control group could decrease the ovary volume of PCOS patients and increase the diameter of the follicle.Comparison between groups: after treatment,the improvement of the ovary volume and follicle diameter of PCOS patients was better than that in the control group.3.Effects of two treatment regimens on serum sex hormone indexes in patients with PCOSComparison in the group: after treatment,the treatment group and the control group could reduce LH,T,and increase FSH.E2 was also increased in the treatment group and E2 in the control group.Comparison between groups: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the level of FSH,T and E2.Research conclusion:1.Acupuncture can enhance the effect of conventional western medicine on the ovary volume and follicle diameter of PCOS patients.2.Acupuncture can enhance the effect of conventional western medicine on the level of FSH,T and E2 in patients with PCOS,thus enhancing the regulation effect of conventional western medicine on serum sex hormone levels.
