| Objective: Observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder's effect in treating UC of Liver depression and retention of damp-heat Syndrome,And to provide the clinical basis forthe future clinical application of Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder's treatment of UC.Methods: Selection of Guangxi university first affiliated hospital of TCM during November 2014 to August 2016 in the spleen and stomach diseases and professor studio of famous doctor Traditional Chinese medicine in patients with UC.60 patients that met with inclusion diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM,which belongs to Liver depression and retention of damp-heat Syndrome Ulcerative Colitis were selected.The treating group took Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder and the other took Mesalazine.Two groups of treatment 2 month.Recording the change of total curative effect and indicators of UC patient's main clinical symptoms and then evaluated Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder's efficacy.Comparison of two groups of patients with total effective rate,symptom integral,colonoscopy,disease activity of index and improve patients' quality of life.And statistical analysis was carried on.Results: 1 cases in the treatment group were eliminated,a total of 29cases;1 cases in the control group were falled off,a total of 29 cases.(1)The total effective rate of 86.2% in the treatment group,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.9%,the statistical analysis with a statisticallysignificant(P<0.05),suggesting that comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher;(2)The treating group was better than the control group in improving the UC patient 's clinical symptoms,including diarrhea,abdominal pain,tenesmus,bloody purulent stool and the life quality,the results of two groups was compared with a significant difference(P<0.05);(3)Before and after treatment,the effect of TCM syndromes treatment about: clinical cure in10 cases,markkedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 7 cases,the total efficiency is 89.7%.These Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder can improve the temperature of active UC clinical symptoms,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05);(4)The two groups of changement on tongue and pulse condition before and after treatment to improve the situation,the statistical analysis with a statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)After the comparison of colonoscopy situation,treatment group effective rate is 86.2%,the control group is 68.9%.The statistical analysis results is P=0.028(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.The treatment group has an advantage in improving the colonoscopy situation;(6)The comparison of Intestinal mucosa histological pathology,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05),treatment group can obviously reduce the comparison of Intestinal mucosa histological pathology;(7)The situation of two groups before and after drug treatment in Feces regular of red and white blood cells have been improved,The treatment group is better than that of control group,which have significant difference(P<0.05);(8)After treatment for 2 months,there were 58 patients were reviewed colonoscopy.Evaluating the disease activity score for the patients,the results about:On the one hand,there were 17 cases were mild activity period,12 cases were moderate activity period before treatment,on the other hand,there were 15 cases were clinical remfission period,10 cases were mild activity period,4 case was moderate activity period after treatment.The differencen has statistical significant(P<0.05);(9)Therecurrence rate of followed 6 months was 4%,significantly lower than the Mesalazine in the latter part which was 45%;(10)Before and after treatment the comparison of life quality score include about:bowel symptoms,systemic symptoms and emotional ability were more improved compared with before treatment.These Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder can improve the quality of life in patients with active UC,the difference has statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder can improve the clinical symptoms of UC patients as well as tongue and pulse condition,Better than Mesalazine in control group.which can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with ulcerative colitis,improve the quality of life,reduce the disease activity,and reduce disease recurrence.The Curative effect of Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder is distinct,safe and reliable,that should be widely applied. |
