Clinical Observation Of The Ulcer Powder Of Jichuan Retention Enema To Treatment Of Large Intestine Damp-heat Syndrome Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:Observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the ulcer powder of jichuan retention enema to treatment of large intestine damp-heat syndrome ulcerative colitis.Methods:Patients of the Clinical study selected from September 2014 to September 2015 in Chengdu anorectal specialist hospital, according to the diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients are selected with damp-heat syndrome in large intestine. All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 30 cases. There were no significant differences in gender, age, disease course, disease region and the like. The patients of treatment group were given the ulcer powder of jichuan by enema combined with enteric-coated tablets of Mesalazine (5-ASA)1 g for every time,4 times a day, while the patients of control group were treated to only Mesalazine (5-ASA) 1 g for every time,4 times a day,which lasted for eight weeks. After treatment, observed all datas of TCM symptom scores, TCM syndrome efficacy, mucous membranes efficacy in Colonoscopy and scores of Colonoscopy, activity scores of mayo.Establish a database for statistical analysis using SPSS with statistic significance (P<0.05), with statistic significance especially (P<0.01),without statistic significance (P>0.05).Results:TCM symptom scores,TCM syndrome efficacy, mucous membranes efficacy in Colonoscopy and scores of Colonoscopy,activity scores of mayo in treatment group are better than those of control group,the results of mucous membranes efficacy in Colonoscopy showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 96.67% and 93.33%.the results of TCM syndrome efficacy showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 93.33% and 86.67%.All datas are statistic significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:these is a Superiority treatment of the ulcer powder of jichuan by enema combined with mesalazine compared with mesalazine in ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome in large intestine.it can effectively improve patients with TCM symptom scores, TCM syndrome efficacy, mucous membranes efficacy in Colonoscopy and scores of Colonoscopy, activity scores of mayo.
